I've used Copperhead twice so far. Once to install a 48A EV charger and now for a plumbing issue. For the plumbing, Jefferey showed up early and had the issue resolved very quickly - he even gave me professional tip on doing the plumbing right (if there is a DIY attempt again).

Had a glitch in heating today. Called for help. Sebastian arrived within an hour and a half. Luckily it was a quick fix. Technicians are always pleasant and anxious to please. We have used Copperhead for about 15 years and will continue to use them. Highly recommend!!!

James and Josh replaced a leaking valve at my parents' house today, good guys!
They arrived on time and wore covers on their shoes so no dirt was tracked indoors. Repair was done in a timely manner and gave my dad a senior citizen discount. Besides the excellent service Copperhead is located nearby, so they will be our go-to for any future plumbing repairs.

I have used Copperhead a few times and were very satified both times. They are easy to work with, the person that came to do wth work was on time, clean and very nice. He did a great job (he was the same person both times) on both things that needed to be done. I would use Copperhead again no question about it!

Reasonable and fair pricing. Very professional in workmanship with quality materials. We had a new gas water heater installed last year and all is good...happy us!
Also installed new heating circulators on the gas furnace.

Copperhead's team, starting with Christian and Adrian, was able to satisfy my out-of-the-ordinary request for a new basement laundry sink (commercial heavy duty stainless steel kitchen sink with drainboard) and new FRP wall behind the sink. They coordinated the carpentry, electric and plumbing so I didn't need to line up multiple contractors. The job came out great!

My 82-year-old mother's furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I had used Copperhead many times, and called them to see if they could help. Even though my mother wasn't technically in their service area (she lives in Edison), they got out there that very day and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. Talk about going above and beyond. These are people who genuinely want to be of service to others. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Bravo, Copperhead!

Hired them a few times to install a new water heater and do some work on my HVAC system. Prices are on the higher side but worth the quality service. Ben was the Plumber that arrived the last time I used this company. He was super nice and professional in all the ways I hope a workman will be. Clean, communicative and helpful, he even saved us some money by suggesting cheaper options. I've been using the company for years because they have the knowledge and experience to handle some of the antiquated plumbing that haunts my 160yr old home. Ben was very attentive to making sure that he didn't make a mess... like... at all, I appreciated that detail.

I've used Copperhead for 10 years. Whether it was the owner (Tom) or anyone else from his team who handled the call, the result has always been the same. Very professional consultation, meticulous work at fair prices and always cleaned up the work area.

Most importantly, I found that Tom and his team operate with the highest level of integrity. One time, I had an issue with my furnace and let them know that I thought it was time to replace the system. After assessing my unit, they determined that I only needed a new part ($600). Tom's team could have run me for a $10,000 system. Instead, my furnace is still running five years later for only $600.

We've used Copperhead for all our plumbing needs for 29 years. The service is always done right the first time. Appointments are scheduled and the service techs are ALWAYS there at exactly the agreed upon time. Tom, the owner, thinks ahead, too. I was a sad puppy one week into COVID shutdown (March 2020) when my hot water heater sprang a leak. To my delight, Tom had already ordered a supply of water heaters--anticipating supply chain issues. I was able to get the water heater replaced a day later. I recommend them to all my friends and new neighbors who move into town.
