This company is the best, I’ve had to use their service on 3 different occasions and ever time they were fast, professional, and the least expensive. Most recently I had a furnace issue I called them at 720 am and by 806 the tech was at my house and by 830 problem fixed. Rachel was very helpful in the scheduling, I’ve delt with the owner also he was as expected awesome to work with, and all of the techs have been professional and courteous and all have solved my problems relatively quickly I highly recommend this company.

I am just super impressed with Mueller. I awoke to no heat, they arrived same day, repaired and educated me on my units and what to expect. I am thrilled that we have such an amazing provider who is local. 10 stars for Mike he was outstanding.

Amazingly prompt service. My hot water heater sprung a leak and they came the next morning to replace it -- with exactly the model I wanted too! Up and running in 3 hours. So glad I called them. Very good job and very neat.

What an amazing experience, I contacted them for an urgent issue with plumbing and sent pictures through MMS to receive a rough quote. I got a call 7:30 am next day [Really appreciate the early call] confirming the visit by "John Slover" technician and he was out of the door by 10am! John was excellent and not only did his work flawlessly, but also guided me on our to install the Bidet. Totally recommend them for any type of work, pure professionalism and from Hillsborough!

We had an extremely slow draining kitchen sink drain line that needed to be replaced because it was what one would call “old country style plumbing” made of old galvanized pipe & fittings.
We contacted E. Mueller Plumbing to replace the piping from the sink to the septic main pipe. The work crew of Nile & Javier arrived promptly at the appointed time. They checked in with us and went directly to work ripping out the old pipe and replacing it with the new PVC. This was not an easy job, since most of the work was in a very tight dirt crawl space. The crew did not complain about the cramped working conditions or getting dirty. They were very knowledgeable as well as being professional & personable. Prior to leaving they tested their work to ensure everything was working properly, answered our questions and ensured that the jobsite was left neat and in an orderly fashion.
We would also like to give kudos to dispatcher/customer service representative Rachael. She was also very helpful in scheduling our service appointment promptly and was a pleasure to speak with on the phone.
These three employees are standout examples of great work ethics & workmanship, which make E. Mueller Plumbing shine. They deserve a raise or at least a very good Christmas bonus. Merry Christmas!

I've used them MANY times. I have always had fast and very curious service. They come out right away and get the job done quickly.

I had a massive leak at the house from the bathroom down to my basement and had coverage with Choice home warranty . After calling choice warranty company they sent some plumbing company to check the leak 4 times and nothing was done all while being told it’s the shower , the tub , the toilet, the bathroom I have upstairs which I don’t have nothing got done . I got tired of the run around from choice and called a real plumbing company who actually knows how to diagnose and fix the issue. These guys came out to my home and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes , busted pipe behind my vanity. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for but never expected the professionalism,clean, fast service my family received from them . The Entire team were a pleasure to have at my home . John explained everything and made sure he walked me through the house explaining what he did and why it had to be done . I tell you I am very surprised we still have people that care like this company E.MUeller plumbing. If the owner reads this, the face of your business, the quality of work and professional is spot on . these young men have what it takes . My family and i can’t thank you enough . Excellent service!

We had leak in the basement today, the technician (Anthony) came quickly and resolved the issue. The guy was very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything and gave a reasonable price before hand.
The lady at office was also very nice and communicated who is the technician and what time he will be arriving.

Called Mueller @8am on a Friday for a leaking sink trap that would not seal. Nyle showed up in 2 hours. He's friendly and very professional. He played with the trap and also had no success getting it to stop leaking so he did a quick quote to replace the entire setup as it was a pvc to an old galvanized connection.
Job was completed in ~30 minutes and we are 100% leak free!
Can't thank Mueller Plumbing enough for the quick service. They kept me updated through the whole process and left us all cleaned up and fixed.

We had our annual service done on our boiler. Thomas called and came on time. He and Javier were polite, clean, professional and did a great job! I recommend E. Mueller for their service! No doubt. They’re an asset to have as a resource when you need heating or plumbing help.

What service! 'Twas the day before Christmas - I call Mike at 9 AM because we were having plumbing problems with a house full of guests. AT 10:45 NYLE came to the rescue, resolved the problems, then hopped in his sleigh and drove out of sight. He was a great jolly fellow and nice as could be . Thank you Mueller Plumbing and HVAC!

Problem with a basement sump pump on a Saturday night before a rain storm. Mueller immediately came out and did a fast and efficient job. Would HIGHLY recommend!! Professional in all aspects!

I chose E. Mueller Plumbing & HVAC to do my oil to gas conversion. They are not the least expensive, but they are the most responsive and as I found out, highly skilled. Zach, my tech/support person did the sizing and quickly had a proposal. He was very responsive to my email questions, even calling the gas company for one of my questions. On the day of the install, Mike and a fleet of trucks and an army of workers arrived right on time. My job was a laborious and dirty one, having a worn out 65 year old carbon laden beast of a boiler to be removed, and replaced with a gas boiler complete with new gas pipes, chimney liner, indirect water heater and new piping. They still managed to complete the entire job in one day. I realized that Mike is a perfectionist, as I saw with how he piped the gas, routed the electrical and from the pipe and vent work for the new boiler. The attached picture of the new unit speaks for itself. His crew even mopped my basement floor before they left, erasing any sign of the sooty beast. Picking a contractor is scary because you don't really know the quality you might or might not get. From my experience, you won't have to worry if you pick E. Mueller.

Nyle came to fix a clog in our sink. He was extremely thorough with finding the problem source and making sure it wouldn’t happen again. Very happy with the service and the appointment timeframe we were given as well.

Great experience, called Nyle in a jam on Super Bowl Sunday and he was here within an hour and fixed my toilet debacle no problem. Very friendly and would highly recommend!

When we woke up with no hot water, John and his team showed up immediately and within a few hours we had a new hot water heater installed. They were on time, professional, friendly and got the job done. We highly recommend their services!

These people are amazing! Wes the manager is super knowledgeable and isn’t trying to scam you like so many other company’s and he was able to give me a fair price to service my Ultra high efficiency boilers. Did an excellent job! And Rachel calls you and schedules service. She’s so nice and accommodating and helpful. Makes you feel like a family business that cares about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a home or just needs a repair!!

I am very happy with E. Mueller plumbing. From the phone call asking for help to the polite and courteous employees who came to fix my shower faucet. They arrived ahead of time and worked efficiently. Nyle explained what he was doing and corrected issues left behind by previous contractors ( no caulking applied). Thanks for your help.

I’ve had them come to my home twice now in the last 6 months. Once for plumbing and once for Heating system repair. Both experiences were excellent! Will be recommending to my neighbors.
