Francesco's Italian restaurant & pizzeria

The best Italian restaurant and pizza place. Visited 2 times this week. Both visits were perfect! 5 stars for sure! First visit we were craving a slice at 9:30 at night. We lived outside NJ for the last 15 years and always grab a slice when back visiting. I was so happy we found this place. Late at night we had numerous options of pizza by the slice. The price were very reasonable. It was fast and the person behind the counter was very nice. The restaurant looked clean and neat. There was plenty of options for large parties, families and tables for two. Behind the counter looked very clean too. Our second visit we ordered a pizza with onions, mushrooms, and sausage. It was delicious!!! I ordered over the phone and was asked how well done I wanted it. That was a great question and I was impressed they wanted to make sure our pizza was done the way we liked it. Great job Francesco's! The large list of dessert sounded amazing.

We are visiting the area to go to the polar Express, four of us. We stopped in, it looked like a nice place. We each got something different and all four of us said how good the food was. Also how much food they give you for the price. They ask about dessert but by that time you're too full. Definitely worth the stop.

By far the best local place we've found and enjoyed. The staff is always warm, welcoming and friendly. The live music on some nights is fun and above all else, portions are phenomenal. We frequent here regularly now and have brought out of town guests here.

The personal pizza can easily feed 2, the calzones absolutely are massive and wonderful. Pasta dishes, salads. Paninis that can also really feed 2 people, we have yet to have a bad experience. Their wings for the record really hit the spot. The Boneless are hood, but bone in are for certain will make your belly happy.

Atmosphere is cute and welcoming and really worth a trip to eat inside.

I stopped in for a few to-go slices on my way home from work a few weeks ago for the first time. The pizza was really solid! Great sauce, a nice, crispy, well-seasoned crust. I went back yesterday for more pizza. I tried the garlic knots too, which were fantastic. Next time I'll try the chicken francaise. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful, and the service is quick! Francesco's is quickly becoming my new favorite pizza/Italian place. I would highly recommend trying it!

My first time eating here. Absolutely fantastic! Came with a group, and everyone raved. The portions were huge for the price! Service was incredible. Server was Erica and she was friendly, attentive and just all around wonderful. Had the fried ravioli and a side salad. The marinara sauce was soooo good! Would definitely go back

Just shared a meal celebrating Mom's 91st birthday at Francesco's. Great service (thank you Peyton), and great food (thank you Rene). Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Francesco's last night for dinner. We received a warm greeting when walking in, and the entire experience was wonderful. The service was was prompt, and the server checked back to ensure we didn't need anything a few times. Just enough to be efficient, but not so many times to disturb our dinner. Both our dinners came out quickly and were prepared perfectly. I felt the prices were very much in line with the quality of food and service. Additionally, we were thanked on our way out. Very pleased with the service, food, atmosphere and value. Thank you, Francesco's, we will be back.

Francesco’s recently catered a memorial service luncheon for my family and they did a fantastic job. The food and service were of the highest caliber, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. From the very start, planning the menu with the owner was easy. He provided recommendations but also listened to what we wanted. He was willing to accommodate our every request.

On the day of, when the first people started to arrive, everything was ready to go. The food was hot, tables were organized and set, and the Italian decor was warm and welcoming. We were expecting 20-25 guests at most, however closer to 40 people came to the lunch. At our request, Francesco’s provided two additional trays of food within 10-15 minutes. It was just
great service.

The servers were very professional start to finish. I didn’t really notice them, but whenever I needed someone they just seemed to be right there. And I don’t want to skip over the food… it was delicious! My favorite was the lemon chicken but the bruschetta appetizer was probably the most impressive. The appetizers and salads had very generous portion sizes and once everyone was finished eating, the servers provided desert and coffee.

It really meant a lot to my family that everything went so well. We were grieving the unexpected loss of a family member, and the love and positivity that transpired during the memorial service was only made stronger during the lunch. I can’t recommend Francesco’s enough, whether you're just getting some lunch or dinner or you need to host an event. Great service, great food, great experience.

The food was amazing!! Service was fantastic. We will be coming back. Prices were very reasonable.

My first time at Francesco's, and the food was fabulous. Hands down the best bruschette I have ever had. Staff very attentive. I was there with a bridal shower party. Beautiful fresco painting on the wall.

​We have always known that Francesco’s was a wonderful restaurant for dining. Now, we also know what a wonderful place it is to have a bridal shower.
​From the owner, Rene, to the staff of Emily, Bella & Devon, all were there to assist in making my daughter’s bridal shower special. They were attentive in every way.
​But now, on to the food! We had bruschetta, garden salad, and a buffet of chicken parmesan, broccoli cavatelli, lemon chicken, and spaghetti & meatballs. The food was more than delicious and abundant (lots of take home trays!). We received lots of compliments on the food and venue from our family and friends.
​I just wanted to share our wonderful experience at Francesco’s, and I highly recommend the venue for dining and events.

Hands down my new favorite Italian restaurant (and I'm picky about Italian food). The portions are huge, the flavor is divine. You can't go wrong here! I used to come to this place when I was a child (it had a different owner then) so I was skeptical. We came here for a family dinner and now I won't consider ordering food from anywhere else!!!!!!! TRY THEIR FOOD!!!! You'll fall in love too!

Very good Italian food. The best Italian food in the area . It’s gourmet not fast food Italian. It’s sad I wrote that review a couple of weeks ago . Went back it was very busy, and they made a mistake on my order. I called up and management put the blame on me when the kid said I was right. Never go back . You don’t treat people like that . All I asked for was to credit me next time. As a business owner I would never treat my customers like that . Very very bad
