We had our SUV repaired by Gifford after a minor accident. They did a very nice job repainting the damaged area. I picked up the car at night in the winter, and did not notice some scratches on a part of the car that they had to remove for the repair but that had not been previously damaged. This is where I give them high marks. I called them, brought the car in, and they took full responsibility. They did not argue, but instead promptly scheduled an appointment for them to repaint the part that they inadvertently damaged. We all make mistakes, but they owned up to it, and for that, they earned a repeat customer.

Left my 2016 Toyota 4Runner with them to get some work done. My brother backed up into a dumpster with my truck and left a nasty dent in the liftgate. They made it look like nothing happened! This was my first time using this body shop for work. very pleased how professional, and up front they were about repairs and pricing. They even installed the tail lights I brought to them. This truck used to belong to my father who passed away in March so it has a lot of sentimental value. I’m extremely pleased with the work they performed. Will be coming here again in the future!

After hitting a deer on Route 22, I took our minivan to Gifford Auto Body for the necessary repairs. We were traveling at highway speed when the collision occurred-- damage to the front end was extensive. Gifford did an outstanding job for us on the repair-- our car looks like new! They kept us informed at every step of the process, from initial inspection to final delivery, and the final bill matched their original estimate. It was our first experience in using their shop, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. Their people are excellent!

Great place for auto body work. They did excellent work on my car. I even took my daughter’s car for some body work. Love the customer service. They completed the work in time. Thanks Kelly and Kathy for taking care of my cars and providing excellent service. They now have mechanics who can do other mechanical work on the cars.

They did a fabulous job, on time fixing my Hondas trunk , communicated well and got me back on road as soon as they could! Other places around make you wait long for estimates and body work but Gifford got me an estimate and work started in one day ! Highly recommend this place .

Giffords did an excellent job of repairing my 1978 GMC C15. They were able to make repairs using all the original bent sheet metal. I'm very happy with the work and the prices.

I brought my 2005 Mustang GT into Gifford for some "age related" repairs. After living in Chicago for nearly 3 years my car developed rust in and around the wheel wells (they call it Chicago Rot from the amount of salt they use in the winter). Needless to say my pony needed more than just a quick sand and a repaint. Gifford quoted me about 3 weeks to do the work and repaint the entire car. Unfortunately hurricane IDA came through and the timeline for the repair got pushed a little. But in the end it was worth the extra time. I got my car back and it looked almost better than brand new. Kelly and Team worked with my insurance company for some of the repair costs and even used my preferred garage for a little bit of the engine and transmission checking/work. They were able to stick to their estimated price and kept me notified of the work and progress.
After I got the car back I had two small adjustment issues that needed to be fixed. Gifford had no issues squeezing me in and getting everything perfect. One issue was fine tuning the "auto drop" driver's side window. It doesn't have a top frame rail so this is a pretty finicky part to get perfect. Gifford was great and even washed my whole car a second time before I picked it up. In the end I'm thrilled with the quality of the work Gifford did. They brought my pony back to "like new" condition and even with a massive flood they stood by their word and price and made me one happy customer.

this is my second time doing business with gifford auto body. and i am very impress with the work and timely fashion they did the work on my cars.they go out of their way to do the best work.in this times where parts are hard to come by they did amazing work very professional in what they do!! thank you kelly and your team at the shop very happy doing business with you!!

Ran over dead deer in middle of highway 287 which did multiple under carriage damage. Gifford did great work restoring my corvette.
