The only reason 4 stars for service is because of the new hires running the store alone in Somerset. Hopefully they learn quickly and become as efficient as the regular staff ❤

It's one of the best cupcakes I've had in a long time. I got the caramel, coconut cupcake with delicious cookie, coconut, and chocolate buttercream. The cookie was delightful, and the coconut flakes added a nice texture when combined with the light buttercream and moist vanilla cupcake. The added caramel inside the cupcake also added another yummy layer. The customer service was average and an atmosphere that is on par with your general bakery decor.

Delicious cakes..My go to place for every celebration was labon and their service ,price tag was impressed..Thank you so much for adding sweetness in to our celebration..

Breanna and the La Bon staff were so easy & amazing to work with! The cake testing was amazing (and at home, so this introvert was GRADE A EXCITED). Breanna took our visions and made such an elegant cake, that people still talk about how delicious it was! We were lucky enough to have the cake included in our venue cost, so if you have that option, TAKE IT! We got married at The Ryland Inn and I recommend La Bon for any couple getting married there.

Their baked goods are to die for and if you want a piece of New Orleans without catching a flight make sure to order their King Cakes during Mardi Gras season!! My husband is from Louisiana so when he learned they sold King Cakes he was ecstatic! We picked one up the other day it was so so good!! We will get one more for Super Bowl next week!!

La Bon was one of the two cake vendors we were able to order from and while we initially chose them because they were closer to us for our tasting, we loved how good their cake was. I'm not a cake person, but the vanilla was so moist and paired well with a lot of their fillings and butter creams. We did the take home tasting and they gave us so much cake and different filling choices we had so much fun coming up with the different combinations. Ultimately we went with a vanilla cake with mango mousse (so unique!) and vanilla buttercream. It was a hit!

La Bon was one of the 2 bakery options included in my venue contract for my wedding. I was extremely pleased with my cake tasting, but as someone who is typically underwhelmed by the cake at weddings, I thought there was no way it would taste the same when produced in a 4 tier cake. I was completely wrong. Our cake was flavorful, moist, with just enough sweetness. You can tell their bakers take pride in their profession! I can’t wait to get again at our 1 year anniversary!

Needed to pick up a birthday cake at the last minute. Called the morning of and the cake I wanted (vanilla cake with buttercream, vanilla custatd filling) was put aside for us to pick up a few hours later. It was delicious, one of the best I've had, as it was light, fluffy, and not too overpowering with sweetness. AND it was 3 layers, not the standard 2. Yes, it's slightly more expensive than a Wegmans or Shoprite cake but worth the difference of $10. We will definitely be back.

La Bon never disappoints! We stopped in over the weekend and picked up a variety of treats. The cupcakes were lovely and delicious as was the blueberry pie we had Memorial Day weekend. No matter what we pick up or custom order it is always amazing and the employees are a pleasure to deal with. We never go wrong with La Bon!

Their cakes are always the best! I have ordered custom cakes from them before too and they have delivered above and beyond. Not only they look awesome but taste even better.

Had the napolean, creme puffs, and chocolate croissant. Loved everything! The napolean was one of the best I've had. It's nice to fine a bakery is this quality here in the suburbs of NJ. This shop is located in a very nice strip mall. Looking forward to my next visit... Probably next week.

Ordered a specialty cake. A Luigi Cake. Chocolate cake, green icing, whip cream filling and a picture of Luigi. It was delicious. Moist and just so yummy. It was definitely worth the price. It's been 3 weeks and still talking about that cake.

My daughters cake looked and tasted amazing. When i was asked what designs I wanted on the top. I said "flowers. But bakers choice" and boy they delivered.
