Sam visited our home, brought many samples with him, patiently answered our questions, created a work order and printed the order on his printer in his truck! How efficient!

Sam and his staff installed our beautiful, new roof in just one day! Everything from start to finish was meticulously done! Any questions during or after the job were answered immediately!

After an absolutely wonderful experience with Biondo when my house needed a new roof, I didn’t think twice or have to shop around when my son’s needed to be replaced.
Was I disappointed this time? Absolutely not. Once again Sam was quick to respond and extremely helpful with the proper roof choice. He arrived on time with a wonderful crew, completed the job in one day and did a perfect clean up. The roof is gorgeous and Sam is an awesome professional.

I am on the board of a section in a senior condo community. We have sixty two units that we maintain. Sam has been been installing new roofs for us for five years, for a for a total of twenty three roofs. We like the fact that he is on the job with his men form beginning to end. He doesn't cut corners and does a great job. We have fourteen more roofs to change in the next four years and Biondo contracting will be doing them for us.
This is a great company, not the cheapest and not the most expensive, our board of directors feels well worth the money. I would highly recommend him to any one looking for a new roof our roof repairs.

We had to have a new roof put on and decided to hire Biondo Contracting. The crew & owner, Sam, arrived exactly when he said he would, kept my landscaping/lawn free of all the debris & did an amazing job!! Sam was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend!

Sam came highly reccomended from a friend, and after today we saw why. We had some pretty nasty leaks in the home we just purchased and needed some major work to be done immediately. The owner returned my phone call on a Friday night and came out on a Saturday to take a look. The estimate provided was highly detailed and Sam took the time to explain the whole process to us. I had never had to replace a roof before and was worried about the price seeming pretty big for our house, but man did we get what we paid for. The work was scheduled for 7:30, the crew was setting up at 7:20. The team was efficient, professional, and most of all - clean. These guys left my property cleaner than when thy got here. I know this has been said in other reviews, but Sam and his guys obviously take pride in their work and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. The whole job was done by 2 pm, which is just outstanding. I would reccomend Sam and his team to anyone looking for a quality roof replacement.

The contractor removed the old roof and installed the new roof on the
same day quickly and professionally. Prior to the work, Sam explained all and showed us product samples. They protected the house and shrubs and did a great cleanup job.

This is my second time contracting with Biondo. Even with 7 years between the two jobs (I moved to a new home) Biondo continues to deliver. While he may not always be the cheapest option, you get what you pay for and with Biondo that means a top notch, professional job from start to finish. Sam was helpful when going through the options, walked me through the quote, explained the process and then executed the job just as it was explained. When the job was done, they cleaned up and other then looking at the roof you wouldn't know that the previous roof was completely removed. A+ Work.

Working with Biondo Contracting has been an excellent experience. I initially hired Sam several years ago to make minor repairs to my roof. He was on time to the estimate and didn’t try to upsell me to make a bigger job for himself. When it came time to replace my roof, he was the first person I called. He thoroughly explained my options and the process, and his quote was prompt and clear. On the day of the job, he and his crew took pains to shield my house and yard from debris before beginning any work, and they spent time at the end ensuring that my property was thoroughly cleaned up. All of the work and materials were exactly as described, and I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Biondo Contracting.

Unfortunately, we were only able to give Sam Biondo 5 stars...It should have been 10 stars overall. From the beginning, we knew Sam was the right person to work with. He came within one day with an estimate and showed up during the time he stated. Right there was a plus. When it came down to the estimate for the job, he never took advantage of us. Sam knew we were desperate and needed a brand new roof. He worked with us in an effort which was very reasonable for everyone. Sam was hired on the spot that day. He came when he was scheduled and he called the night before. You really don't get that customer care anymore and it was great to see. The work was done and everything was cleaned. And to boot, Sam is on the job site! He doesn't up and leave. He is right there throughout the whole duration. Sam was a pleasure to work with. He is a man of integrity, professionalism and has ethical standards. He takes pride in his company. We will be going back to him for roofing shingles in the near future. Anyone can hire a roofer, but with Sam Biondo, he is the reason why the word "special" is put into his job title of roofing specialist! Thank you Sam for everything!!
