I was struggling with constant pain and discomfort in my back, for being so young I was worried about long term problems. I met with the amazing staff here at Thompson healthcare and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My pain has gone down and I’m given so many options just incase I’m feeling any discomfort in my back or knees. All I can say is they have the Best chiropractor and overall staff! Love it here!

Thompson Healthcare has really made a noticeable improvement in my overall well being. I work out pretty hard every day and if it were not for the maintenance care (and in some instances if I get an overuse injury) I would not be able to continue at the level of exercise that I do.

Now for the staff....everyone and I mean everyone could not be more pleasant, professional and just ready to please in every way! Doctor Mike, the currently chiropractor is wonderful. The former chiropractors were excellent as well. Walking in for my appointments in nothing but a friendly, helpful and totally pleasant experience! I recommend people go to this wonderful facility!

I've visited several chiropractors in the past, but none of them come close to this one. The women at the front desk gave me a friendly welcome and helped me with my first-time navigation. The doctor was able to identify my back and hip problems within minutes. Without a doubt, I'll be back!

I was blown away by the friendly service at Thompson! The front desk staff were so helpful answering my questions and resolving an issue I had, and Dr. Travis’ chiropractic adjustment relieved lower back pain that had been plaguing me for weeks. I also tried acupuncture for the first time, and while I was skeptical at first, the “ear seeds” gave me some serious pain relief from a longstanding shoulder injury. I didn’t realize my range of motion without pain had doubled until a week after the seeds came off! I’m looking forward to my next appointment soon!

All the staff at Thompson in Wall are awesome! They are always welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Travis has helped me manage my neck pain which has improved my comfort level while working from home and when working out. Definitely recommend this place for all your chiropractic needs

I am always greeted by Kayla the Office Manager. She is very pleasant and helpful.
Britney is efficient with helping with scheduling and making sure I can always get in when needed. The text feature is wonderful.
I went with neck/back pain and Dr. Travis was spot on with elevating the pain. I cannot thank him enough for elevating my sciatica nerve pain. I couldn’t even walk. Few sessions and I felt so much better.
Kat helps with OT and is awesome. She’s helped so much with lower back stretching.
Overall, Thompson Healthcare-Wall goes above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend this facility.

After recently relocating to the area, I was in search of treatment for my back/disc issues. So thrilled to find Thompson Healthcare and Sports Medicine in Wall. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Dr Travis and Katie have provided the best care in treating and providing relief of my back pain-and Melissa gives a great massage! I highly recommend them!

Everything about Thompson healthcare is GREAT! The doctors/staff are extremely kind and 100% helpful. I ask questions, they know the answers. I’ve been to many chiropractors and I usually leave either not as satisfied as I want to be or in pain days after. When I leave Thompson the doctors know exactly what’s going on and know what to do to make me feel great. I was even provided with a pillow to help out my neck issues due to sleeping and it was literally what I needed! I got to thank them, along with their talent, they are very sweet and awesome people.

I can't say enough nice things about Thompson Healthcare in Wall. I had never seen a Chiropractor and was nervous for my first appointment, but Dr. Travis, Dr. Kate, NP Cait and the rest of the staff immediately put me at ease. They took the time to walk me through each procedure making sure I was comfortable and made the experience very positive; you can feel how the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and helping people feel better.

I was experiencing pain and unevenness through my neck, shoulders, and back which was aggravated more so with the WFH situation this year. In my first 3 visits, I have had alignment work, posture therapy, cupping, muscle stimulation, etc. I love how they use multiple methods to threat the whole body to really fix the problem and help me prevent further injury.

I have been a patient for over three years now and I love the Wall office. Everyone on staff are awesome and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. I originally started off with lower back pain that no longer exist but continue to go for maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their pain.

The best place! Dr. Charlie is wonderful and the staff is always so nice. This has been the first office that I can leave and feel like an improvement was made with my adjustment and physically feel better immediately. The energy of the staff is second to none. They make going to a Dr.’s office an enjoyable experience. I work crazy hours and they never have a problem fitting me in the schedule and are always punctual with the start time of the appointment. I can’t say enough about the practice or the staff. Just excellent all around.

I was seen by Travis for a problem with my shoulder. It was locked up for over a week but as soon as I was treated it started feeling better, and a few days later I have my full range of motion back! The entire staff was really nice and everyone was very professional and kind. If I have another problem in the future from my sports regimen I would definitely come back.

I absolutely love coming here! I am a professional dancer and trainer, so I use my body a lot. I feel 20 years younger every time I visit this place. I personally love getting chiro done and getting a massage every once and a while. The staff is so talented and friendly. They genuinely want to help you. When I started going here I was experiencing some pretty severe back and hip pain and it was interfering with my daily life.
