Reasonable prices for high quality service. The loaner instrument is a nice touch and makes the experience that much easier. Will definitely continue to purchase and service my brass instrument (and any others) in the future

Very nice and helpful staff. One string of my kid’s violin snapped. I brought the violin to the store and the staff there installed a new string. They only charged the price of string for their effort. I am very thankful for their service.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find out about this place when I needed a repair performed on my daughters flute. Domenica took immediate care of us. She knew we needed something done right away so my daughter could continue practicing for her weekly lessons. She made sure we had everything we needed to ensure my daughter didn't miss any flute practicing.

The other associates I ran into were extremely helpful. They also had a pretty cool Mandolin on the wall that I might come back for soon! :)

Rented my daughters flute for 3 years until she decided she no longer wanted to play the flute. The staff was very accommodating into using our credits for a new instrument for her to try instead of just losing it. Very polite, understanding and willing to help!

This is my go to music store. I've been to quite a lot of music stores through several years and this by far is my favorite. The staff is really cool, always ready to help, and quick at replying back to emails, voicemails, etc. I bought my violin from here a few years ago and Im also currently renting my oboe. The prices are a bit more on the expensive side but they sell great quality things so its worth it in the end, especially when it comes to instruments. I haven't taken classes here but I've met a couple instructors and they seem like they really are passionate about their instruments.

I had several visits there for music related needs for the kids, and every trip has been pleasant one. Incredibly decent staffs, manager and services, highly recommended!
