I was hit by a lady from behind. They worked with my insurance and fixed the back of my car. They did an excellent job. They made a customer very satisfied. I was worried due to the fact this was a very new car for me and I didn't trust any mechanic. Great job, everyone. Good team.

A complete professional service.. I gave my car for repairs/body services, and their approach was highly professional. Once after assessment, they prepared the estimates, and ( Mike) helped me answer all of my questions patiently one by one. And since I went through Progressive, everything was hassle free, and they took care of everything. Dealing with Liberty Mutual to get my car fixed was a nightmare, especially when it wasn’t my fault. Dealing with Knoblock was the only thing that wasn’t a complete headache. Everyone I was in contact with was kind and really helpful. They also did a fantastic job with my car. Doesn’t even look like it was hit. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Great shop with excellent communication. All the work was done thru the progressive insurance channel, however the owner took time to reach out to me personally with updates, and the end result was fantastic. Knoblock replaced fenders, the bumper and hood on my car after an accident and repainted the body. I swear it looks like it came off the showroom. I’d highly recommend this shop and its great staff!

They fixed my Mustang, you can never tell it was hit. I had them paint some body trim to my other car and it came out fantastic. Everyone is nice, there's no drama. Would highly recommend.

I had someone sideswipe me in a large pile up on the parkway and progressive took my car here for repairs. I was so happy with the service, I knew it would take a while given the damages and that my car is older, but I'm so happy with the results. My car looks so good and I couldn't even tell it was damaged at all. They really made sure they fixed everything and that it was done right. They were always nice on the phone and kept me informed on what was happening. The service in the shop was also excellent. Thanks so much for fixing up my car!

I am very impressed with the repair courtesy and pleasant staff and with the repair of my automobile. I couldn't ask for a better auto body shop to repair my vehicle. I will definitely use their Services again in future if necessary.

My car parked on the street was a victim of a hit and run. Called my ins co immediately then I called Knoblocks after my ins co assessed the damages. Knoblocks had my car done in 3 weeks. Nearly a week they waited on parts. They worked well with my ins co and both companies were outstanding. My car looks great!

Took my car (nissan rogue 2021) here through progressive after a minor accident. They did an amazing job. Car was as good as new when I got it back. Customer service is great. Process was seamless. No hustle. They even helped me pick up my car after hours.

Where do i start?.....after they repaired my car it looked 1000% better than when i bought it ...they gave me updates ...great communication...they take care of the customers needs and aim to make the customer happy

My truck had some minor damage. My insurance company sent me to Knoblocks a place I've used before and they did as always a great job.

Convenient, work done as promised and car was ready on the day they said it would be ready. I went to pick up just around closing time, but the folks were gracious to wait for me and finish the paper work and hand over the keys. I then went to return the rental and when I got back my car wouldn't start because of a dead battery.
Somebody from inside noticed my predicament and although the shop had closed for the day, he came out and gave me a jumpstart. Thank you.

These guys are the best of the best! After two visits to Knoblock over the years with very satisfactory results, this spring I need my much cherished 2011 Mazda RX-8's (with only 18,000 miles) front bumper replaced and painted. The first time that Jeff and his awesome crew of painters took a shot at painting this bumper, it didn't come out quite right.. The paint on the bumper was considerably darker than the rest of the car, and after about a month and looking at the car closely in bright sunlight, I realize I needed to go back to Knoblock and trust that they would do what they needed to do to get the color to match EXACTLY. When I returned to Knoblock, Jeff agreed with me that it wasn't right and agreed to repaint the bumper at no charge, despite the extremely difficult color (a metallic red) Huge props to the crew at Knoblock that do the painting, since my thought is because this might have been one of the last 2011 Mazda RX-8s to roll off the assembly line ever (Mazda stopped making the car in 2011), chances are the paint they used was either not correct or a bit off from the get-go. Huge kudos to Jeff and the crew at Knoblock for being tenacious and not giving up after numerous attempts to find the correct paint color to match my cherished sports car. Finally, after five shots at it, they were able to get the color 100% exactly right! I have nothing but profound appreciation for these guys going the extra mile for me, and I would recommend Knoblock Auto Body to anyone looking for honest, stand up car guys (and gals) that consider customer satisfaction their top priority! I have a 1978 Cadillac CDV. The quarter panel did not have much damage, but it did need to be re-painted. We’re talking about 39-year-old car with original paint, color of the car; white. I was not sure if they would be able to match the paint because it had to be matched to the passenger door which is still original paint. I could not believe it---perfect match…spot on perfect. I was amazed! When I dropped the car off it was filthy from the snow etc. and when I picked the car up it looked like it was coming out of the show room 39 years ago; beautiful. I just wanted to take the time to thank Maroon and everyone else that worked my car. Courteous and customer oriented employees...I highly recommend!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Great Auto Body shop. They have a very high standard... they follow up inspect all vehicles before calling the job complete. They did bumper work on my daughters car after a minor fender bender... they noted a slight misalignment in the grill and replaced it...

Went through insurance and it was a smooth process...car came out great/like new. It's been a few months since I've gotten the vehicle back and I have no complaints/issues.

Anthony was very helpful and fixed our issues with our Chevrolet immediately. The front desk is very polite.
