Jeffrey Beal M.D.

We have been patients of Dr Beal for almost 5 years since moving to New Jersey. He is a great doctor, and always helpful. He will oftentimes call to provide results and discuss treatment plans, which is a skill that I missed since my doctor made house calls as a child.
His staff is also very very good and helpful.

Fantastic doctor, I’ve seen him for a few years now and he always takes time to answer all my questions, I never feel rushed, and he is very friendly and calm. I have bad anxiety but I feel more at ease with him than almost any other doctor I’ve seen, and I have seen MANY in the past 10 years.

Dr. Beal is a kind and gracious physician whom I have been seeing for about 20 years as my primary. He takes the time to listen to you, carefully review your charts, and provide sage advice and appropriate referral. He also has seen my primarily Spanish-speaking mother-in-law and was able to provide reassurance and support in a way she deeply appreciated.

Dr. Beal is the primary doctor for my entire family and he is the BEST! There is a slight wait time, but that is because he gives each patient his full attention and as much time as the patient needs to have every need met. There is no other Dr Like him.

I want to send a special thanks to Ashley and her supervisor Debbie! Despite the chaos and the new "norms', Dr. Beal and his staff, especially Ashley, has been nothing short of amazing. They are attentive, caring, and have gone out of their way to get my issues resolved in a timely manner. With all the negative going on in this world, I just wanted to shed some light and send some praise to this staff that have done a remarkable job in caring for their patients in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

Thanks again to the awesome staff and Dr. Beal. You guys truly are one in a million.

I found Dr Jeffrey Beal 20+ years ago. That was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Beal always listens to me, he knows that I know my body, etc. I have never met a better doctor, or person for that matter. Dr.Biel is one of the best doctors, if not the best that I have ever had the pleasure to be seen by. He is very understanding and listens very carefully to every concern you have.

After waiting over 2 months for an appointment, they call me the morning of my appointment and tell me that the Doctor has to leave early and they need to reschedule me. Then they proceed to tell me that they won't reschedule me because they don't do new patients in the evening, only existing patients. This is after the woman who scheduled me asked the Doctor, he agreed, and I agreed to wait as long as I had to for an appointment. The girl was curt and rude on the phone. Unfortunately, if this is how he treats new patients, I can imagine the level of care and compassion is pretty low. Avoid.

Absolutely horrible service with the staff members, very rude. Talking and laughing amoung themselves about clients sitting in the waiting room.I had an appt at 330p finally got called in at 5p snd I wasnt even 10mins complete BS. If you can get past the staff Dr.Beal is absoluty excellent. I wrk a block away and they would not accmodate me by letting me call in, instead I had to sit for 2.5hrs

I only put one star because I'd like to know why you never responded to any of the negative complaints on here about your staff even though the people that wrote it were happy with you
