This Lexus dealer is the best. I've owned Lexus cars for many years, and I always take them back to the dealer for service and Ray Catena by far is the best. They treat all its costumers as if they are family. I especially want to thank Paul Agrait and Al Caso. They were the service people that guided me thru the process. They did a super job keep in me posted. The technician that worked on my SC430 did a supper job on the repairs that he performed. Everything was done as described when I dropped off the car. Guys keep up the good work. Mr. Catena you have a good crew do everything you can to keep them.

We own a brand new 2023 RX but I took my 2005 LX in for some work. I knew I was taking a chance due to it's age and typical cost of dealer services. While the price was higher, I was confident it was getting done correctly. You can't beat a loaner vehicle and the way you are treated either. I would recommend the dealer for service on older vehicles if you don't mind paying a little more. Lexus reliability makes it worth it to me. I do trust Ray Catena dealerships since the buying experience was so easy and not pushy at all.

They performed my service and addressed other concerns within a timely manner. I had my 50,000 mile service and once again Ray Catena shows my why I have bought 2 cars and leased one from them in the past . Their sale people and service can’t be beat . The one defining decision to go with this company was they never pressured me into buying or leasing any car from the first time I met with them. Bought a car (my first experience) & Jonathan made it a breeze! Everything was organized, the customer service was top tier, they made me feel valued as a customer and even put a bow on the car for a picture! 10/10 recommend this dealership and working with Jonathan as your salesman. Eric Cohen the service manager made sure that everything was taken care of as promised. Eric was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

Nicholas P. performed his job above and beyond; very humble , patient, and professional in his dealings with customers like us. One thing need improvement is to make sure the lounge room is provided with food to eat. It was only 9 am and nothing available in the bread area.

Best dealer ever.. They are honest, fast, efficient and thorough.. Paul my service advisor is the best I've ever dealt with.. Never makes me feel rushed or wait forever like other places I've been over the years. Most importantly doesn't try to upsell me or waste my dollars on nonsense. The whole staff truthfully, are all awesome at what they do..
