I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Amy Harris as our attorney. After a disastrous experience with a previous attorney who was unresponsive and seemed more interested in billing us than helping, Amy was a breath of fresh air.

From our first interaction, Amy's professionalism and dedication were evident. She promptly responded to emails, phone calls, and even accommodated video conferences, ensuring that we felt supported every step of the way. Unlike my previous attorney, Amy addressed our concerns immediately, providing clear guidance and honest counsel without any hidden agendas.

One of the things that truly stood out to me was Amy's fair and reasonable pricing. It was refreshing to work with an attorney who prioritized delivering quality service over padding their bill. Amy's integrity and straightforward approach gave us confidence in her abilities, and we knew we were in good hands.

During the courtroom proceedings, Amy's command of the room was unparalleled. Her timing for rebuttals and objections was impeccable, showcasing her expertise in family law. What truly impressed us, though, was Amy's understanding of the psychology involved. She not only fought for our legal rights but also took into account the emotional aspects of the case, providing invaluable support every step of the way.

Thanks to Amy's diligence and expertise, we achieved a favorable outcome in our family law hearing. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you're searching for a compassionate, skilled, and effective attorney who genuinely cares about your case, look no further than Amy. She truly is a Godsend.

I had a custody case I was very nervous about. I did not know who to contact or what to do. I'm a father that just wanted to be with my son and be able to be a huge part of his life like every caring father would want. I had 1 court date by myself and knew it was time to get an attorney. I contacted Mr.Winters and he responded in a timely manner and helped me out tremendously. From the mediation, to the other court dates. Mr.Winters did everything to perfection and we succeeded. Everything I asked of him was a success. As a young father this was my first time every in this situation. All I can say is that if you are a parent and have a custody matter.. 11 out of 10💪🏾‼ I thank God for him bringing me to Mr.Winters. Now that everything is settled, I'm happy again. I don't have to worry. I get to be a father the way I need to be once again. I highly recommend his services.

0 Stars.
The absolute most selfish, non responsive, unprofessional, unkempt, nonlistening, unprepared clown I've ever seen.

Basically took $2400 from me, didn't do much work, didn't take anything I said seriously and interrupted me when I tried to make him listen. He said himself, "I'm unprepared" right after losing my parenting time. Was on the phone with other clients at court instead of focusing on me. Said all clients claim to love their children, he had three other clients that day that love their children... Insinuating our bond isn't special and preparing me for his loss.

Kept guaranteeing me he knew what he was doing... Maybe he was working for the lying plaintiff because they've been legally kidnapped for 8 1/2 months now. I deserve a refund and they should not have abandoned me as a client.
4 children, 0 Stars.

It was crunch time; the day before the final TRO hearing, and I visited nine different attorneys; when Bryan Winters picked up the phone, he was quick to help realistic and straight to the point… his tactics are honest, and backed by his experience! Bryan Winters did not let us down, during a difficult time of sensitivity he was honest’, he is a Godsend…His staff Andrea was empathetic and organized; her bilingual abilities served as a comfort to the victim and together it was a true blessing! Brian is a true professional! Considerate in pricing and an all around great lawyer!
5-Stars all the way!

I was very fortunate to have fallen into the care of Mackenzie DeLeon of Keith, Winters, Wenning & Harris; as a family member who was faced with a very challenging situation.

From the get-go, Mackenzie's immediate reaction to, “get the ball rolling,” meant no time was wasted!

It was our initial meeting, I felt so confident with Mackenzie by my side, and it quantified that I picked the right person for the job.

Her preparedness was key.

Mackenzie has been so understanding of my family's delicate situation, and every day she has proven to be an expert in her field.

What separates Mackenzie from the rest, in addition to her outstanding legal skill set is how she has continued to guide me through the entire process.

In addition to all the above, my opinion was always respected.

Although we are still on the legal journey, (soon to come to an end). Mackenzie has been extremely responsive, professional, and empathic throughout this entire legal journey.

My family and I are proud to be clients of Keith, Winters, Wenning & Harris, and without hesitation would retain Mackenzie DeLeon for all legal matters that may arise in the future; as I know she has our best interests in mind.

I am a domestic violence survivor who had been dragged to court by her ex-husband for several years. In that time, I had obtained several lawyers who proved ineffective. Luckily, I found Brian who was attentive and knowledgeable of his craft. As a person that does not trust easily, I immediately felt comfortable having him represent me and my children(my most valued possession). Brian had a clear understanding of my situation when most found complicated. Also, Brian tells you like it is and has good insight of how to mingle the law with real life exceptions.

Furthermore, I had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie who represented my children in a grandparent's right case. She did not disappoint and was very receptive to the children's needs and wants. Mackenzie was amazing in court and represented my children keeping their best interest at hand.

I appreciate the work of these two attorneys. They have seen this family through some difficult times. We are very lucky to have found this firm.

I hired Brian Winters after my first lawyer did not work out. I wish I had hired him right from the beginning. My divorce was a rough one with my ex husband fighting for everything including our children and wanting to leave me with nothing. Brian and Mackenzie Ferguson (whom assisted Brian with my case) were there for me every step of the way; answering any of my questions, always having my best interests in mind. In the end we agreed on a fair settlement, without going to trial.

Brian's fee is very fair and well worth it. I strongly recommend hiring Brian Winters, should you ever need a divorce lawyer.

Anything but Dry

I have often heard it said that in order to be a lawyer one needs to be stern and have a dry personality. I can honestly say this is the farthest thing from the truth after working with Amy Harris. I tried to represent myself when I initiated a divorce process a few years ago. Due to my lack of legal knowledge, I was unsuccessful. After realizing this was something I could not do on my own, I went in search of a lawyer that would be a good fit for me.
I called thirty lawyers before choosing one to work with. All the lawyers I talked with on the phone were not friendly and even worse then that, they had bone dry personalities. Amy Harris was the only lawyer that agreed to talk with me on the phone, when I let her know how difficult it would be to come meet in person, due to child care issues. I knew right away after talking with her that I had found the perfect fit for me. Amy has been an absolute joy to work with and to be around. She is compassionate, organized, and has a stellar sense of humor. Lawyers can get a bad rep. People think they are only in it for the money. While I have only worked with one lawyer in my life thus far I have come to a different conclusion. Lawyers can see the end when we can’t. For that very reason they are able to offer sincere encouragement and support when one feels like all hope is lost. Not only can they see the end, they are the ones who create the roadmap to arrive there. Amy navigated this map flawlessly.
I really experienced a true tragedy in my life that lead up to my divorce. I was blindsided, and felt as though the rug was pulled out from under me. I was an emotional wreck, knowing that I had Amy advocating for me brought me some peace of mind, and a strong sense of relief. Here I am today, a divorced woman, something that I thought was unattainable. While I am thrilled that I am divorced, part of me was sad today that I wouldn’t be communicating with Amy anymore. Perhaps this sounds odd, but I was able to be open and honest with her, and this has been a hard part of my healing journey. It’s been hard feeling like I could not be open with anyone about my situation and how it made me feel. Amy validated how I felt, and that meant a lot to me.
When I look back on this painful time in my life, I will always genuinely be grateful to Amy and her assistant Jennifer. Thankful for their wisdom, and that they treated me with kindness. It was always evident to me that they were dedicated to my case and to my cause. I still have a long road ahead of me as far as my healing journey goes. Amy helped me to feel farther along in that journey then I ever have. Thank you Amy, for allowing me to step into this new stage of life. If it was not for you, and all your hard work, I would never be free to fall in love again, and that’s the greatest gift that there is. Thanks to you I am more free today then I have ever been. Free to put myself out there, free to meet new people, free to swim in the ocean with my clothes on, causing me to be anything but dry.
