Honest, Fair Pricing and Great Work the First Time!

Brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for axle seal leaks. Serafins (recommended by a friend) gave me a very fair price and did the job right the first time in a very timely manner. Would def recommend to everyone and would do business there again! Thanks for great service!

They go way above and beyond! Everyone there is so pleasant to talk to, especially the office manager/ woman who runs the inside. They not only do whatever needs to be done but they explain it to you and are willing to be real if there are other possible problems in the future! They take the time to explain the work even to someone like me who has no idea what they are talking about generally and they really stand behind their work! They also are willing to answer any questions you have about your car in general, and don’t rush you off the phone or out of the office when picking up your car. This is just one of many times I’ve been there and will continue to go back for both mine and my husbands vehicles

My family has been going to Serafin's for years. Melanie is very accommodating with scheduling. Rich is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and also very personable. We've recommended them to family and friends for years. After 5 months of lockdown and some strange noises from a 2+ year old car, Rich knew exactly what to do.

I can't recommend Serafin's highly enough! I've been going there for about 20 years. The latest visit was for my 2000 Camry with about 240,000 miles. She was sputtering and hesitating and I was afraid she was at the end of her life, but Serafin's saved the Camry and she's running as smooth as ever! Totally trustworthy, reasonably priced and great service.

Helpful and Knowledgeable

I took my car in recently for an oil change as well as brake replacement. Serafin's informed me that in addition to needing new brakes, I would also need new rotors soon. They were very patient in answering my questions regarding how long I could safely drive on my current rotors and also provided two price points that I could choose from as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each. Later in the day during their servicing, they called to inform me that my battery tested low and that I could safely drive with it for a little while longer. They provided two different pricing options for this as well. With one small child and another on the way, I chose to replace the battery sooner rather than later. I appreciated knowing these two items needed replacing before it became an issue. Since I have gotten my car back it has performed much better and has a smoother ride. Thanks everyone!

Great place for car repairs!
Had issue with TPMS relating to one of the bad tire sensors and was taking care of expeditiously. I'm expecting to make more visits with the Acura MDX. Great job Rich.

My mother and I both have Honda’s and were taking it for regular maintenance at the dealership. This past week my fiancé’s car wouldn’t start and my mom suggested getting it towed to serafins, my mom needed her brakes looked at, and I wanted my brakes looked at and an oil change. With all 3 cars they took care of the problem extremely fast, and they’re honest which is really hard to come by. Honda was telling me so many things that were wrong with my car and I needed to buy new this and new that. They aren’t just trying to take your money. For that I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

The most honorable, trustworthy knowledgeable repair shop. I will never take my cars anywhere else. My son actually has had his car towed from Philadelphia to have Rich fix it!! Commendable in this day and age!
