Brett is simply the best! Sharing his expertise and passion he always allows folks to feel welcomed & supported. He customizes classes to specific participants needs for maximum benefit. The energy of this studio is super grounding. You really feel the holistic healing come through with the colors, the plants, the crystals, the drums, the cards. I felt a multi-dimensional shift after class that definitely went beyond asana and movement. The teaching was fun, accessible and well rounded- all great ingredients to a community-shared practice!

I truly can not say enough nice things about the studio. First the owner is one of the coolest guys , makes everyone feel comfortable. All the instructors really take pride in there classes.

Very rad spot! Have taken Eric’s yoga class twice. One to reggae music and one to Springsteen jams. He’s a fantastic teacher and the coolness factor of the studio is well worth at least one visit (even if fitness isn’t your thing). Check this spot out. 💫💯✌

Had one of the BEST massages last week. Dana was AWESOME!! Her unique technique for stress in my shoulders REALLY got rid of the knots. I enjoyed chatting with her and look forward to my next appointment.

First time EVER doing a yoga class. I did struggle with some of the poses yet I push through and finish. I felt AWESOME!!! The class size was perfect, the instructor was great she made me feel inspired, determined and present. I WILL return to build myself.

Lovely little studio. I was visiting Asbury so took three classes. I highly recommend Dana's Wednesday classes - both yoga and pilates. I definitely plan to come back next time I am in Asbury.

Love doing yoga here! I like the music they play ...My morning routine is yoga then go next door for Boosker Doo coffee.

Unfortunately this beautiful space closed. There is another studio in the location but I have not been yet.
