Wow! I may not be vegan, but I sure love this food. Tried it out upon my girlfriend’s recommendation. Boy it did not disappoint. Outstanding flavors and great service. Worth a visit!

The CARE infused in each dish is superb. Every element makes sense and in and of itself is amazing. From the bread to the condiments and every thing in between. Drinks are amazing. Service is welcoming and attentive. Hiiiighly recommend!

This place has high level vegan food. They serve delicious breakfast and lunch items. I love their seed bowl with tempeh and brown rice. And their sandwiches are amazing too. You should definitely go for the specialty drinks and dessert items too.

This was our first time at Seed to Sprout. Finding places to eat that adhere to my diet while I’m out and about with my husband on the weekends is sometimes tough, so finding this gem made my day and fueled my body with great nutrition to finish out our busy weekend. I had a cup of the lentil soup and the kimchi rice bowl. My love had the blu buffalo bowl. The food and service were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back and try something new!

Found this place at random after looking for a vegan lunch spot in the area. Their food had a homemade feel to it and tasted so good! They have a number of tables inside but seating outside is minimal. I definitely suggest stopping by if you are in the area and trying their veggie burger, you won’t regret it!

This is our go-to place whenever we are in the area and want reliably delicious and wholesome food. Most recently, we placed a catering order for Easter. The carrot cake and Garden Focaccia were absolutely delicious, not to mention beautiful, and a big hit with our guests.

I've always had great experiences here! Their coffee drinks always hit the spot, and breakfast dishes make for a fantastic brunch spot. I'm not a vegan myself so I'm not always familiar with the ingredients on the menu, but the staff is always happy to answer questions and explain everything if you need. Their outdoor seating is exceptionally pleasant too, when the weather allows for it.

Started coming here several years ago when my vegetarian friends recommended it! Me and my daughters enjoy EVERYTHING on their menu!
I never get tired of their beet burgers for lunch and their pancake breakfast! I especially love getting Maple cinnamon Dandy iced coffee!
Can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so we can eat outside again, but indoors is nice and cozy!
It can get pretty busy there, so be patient and call ahead for take out if you’re in a hurry

Small and cozy vegan place. We had chilaquiles and grilled avocado sandwich. Loved both. Tasty and yummy. We also enjoyed the warm drinks mate latte and matcha latte. Would definitely recommend to visit!!

My first time there and it was amazing! The sweet potato black bean enchiladas were delicious and the portion was a good size. I had to take home a slice of Churro cake.
The server was very nice.
They had reserved seating for dinner so be sure to call ahead.
Will definitely go back again.

Food was super tasty. I got the chorizo hash bowl and it was everything I could have wanted in a breakfast. Also, they were playing Alex G which is a major plus, can’t wait to visit more during the summer!

Food was surprisingly delicious. I'm not a vegan but I do like to eat healthy/balanced meals and I'm super happy with all the plant based options here. It's not too greasy either, like most vegan restaurants can be. Coconut bacon and cashew cheese are amazing. I had the BLT omelet and some coffee. Definitely coming here again next time I'm at the beach.

I very much enjoyed the avocado sandwich, which I added my personal fav. arugula and caramelized onion. The side of marinated greens was delightful. My server was Candice, and she was sweet and helpful. Be sure to try their baked goods, I especially recommend the chocolate chip cookie, you'll love it!

My vegan/gluten free friend absolutely loves this place! We always go out of our way so she can bring some home. Lovely setup too! Thanks.

Best vegan breakfast I have ever had. Their gluten free toast is amazing. Their omelettes are very flavorful and unique. Highly recommend.

Currently just had take out from here for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!! I got the taco bowl + brown rice and an oat milk latte. The taco bowl was so flavorful and filling, the sunflower “meat” is great. The latte was perfect! I can’t wait to try more! Quality of the food is top notch and the staff was very friendly as well.

One of the few vegan restaurants where flavors are really daring and rich. The variety of the menu is quite impressive and I'm sure a meat lover can still find a delicious meal in this restaurant.

We love coming to seed to sprout. Super friendly service and amazing healthy food. Definitely recommend it!
