Ohana Rising Yoga Studio

I attended the Gong Bath meditation class taught by Lisa on Tuesday's, it was absolutely wonderful. The studio is very vibrant and welcoming.

Ohana is such a beautiful space with a euphoric energy like no other. The instructors are extremely experienced and lead classes suitable for individuals of all skill levels. They provide a safe and effective yoga practice for all. Lisa, the owner, is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Her gong baths are an out-of-body experience. Most importantly, the Ohana Studio Mascot, Vincenzo, is ready at the door to greet us with his tail wagging! I could not recommend this studio more. My home away from home.

I was in town for a family gathering on the shore. I miss practicing when i'm outside of my community, but I also love visiting other studios and experiencing what other yogi's have to offer. You can book classes on-line through Mind-Body site. I was going to do a couple of drop-ins, but they had a three class pass which was perfect for my budget and length of stay. I got to do a morning flow and evening class on one day, and a morning session the next day before leaving the area. Each instructor was welcoming, proficient and inspiring. The studio is open, neat, clean and well equipped should you need or forgot a prop. Note: I didn't see a shower or lockers, but they did have a comfortable bathroom for changing and cubbies to secure your stuff. While I do want to check out other studios when I return to the shore, I feel confident that I will return. I think other yogis visiting this area will also be pleased.

I only issue 5 stars for the most exceptional of the exceptional. Authenticity of spirit cannot be fabricated, and Lisa’s dedication and drive to have Ohana Rising Yoga Studio be a welcoming place in the community is a tremendous win for everybody.

Ohana Rising Yoga studio is a fantastic studio that has something for every student from beginner to advanced. You can try multiple disciplines at this studio ( Dharma Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, ect.). The teachers here are fully vetted and experienced. This is an inclusive space that welcomes all. Don't hesitate to try a class.

This is hands down my favorite studio & community on the shore. The owner is fabulous as are all the instructors. If you’re looking for a studio that’s loving, and with practices that offer either challenging flow, kundalini, or yin yoga and more this is for you. If you’re looking for a community of loving thoughtful humans this studio is also for you. I’ve met more awesome people at Ohana than any other place since I moved to the shore. If you see Kirtan on the calendar or any workshops GO!! You’ll love it ❤

Love taking yoga classes here. Such a chill and relaxed atmosphere, they are so kind and welcoming every time I come in for a random drop-in class.

Love this place. Did my first bong class. It was healing and curious! Loved it! I’m visiting. I wish I lived here again so I could continue to practice here!

‘Ohana is one of my favorite studios! The vibe you get upon entering their space is noteworthy; filled with positive, up-lifting and down-to-earth energy. Their instructors are so knowledgeable, and some days I have difficulty deciding which class to take. At ‘Ohana you are family.
