Great family run bar and grill with excellent food

Crowd can be hit or miss, but the service was good!

Enjoyed lunch here on a Sunday afternoon while on a bike ride on the Henry Hudson Trail. Nice selection of beers on tap. Bartender was awesome. Friendly customers too. I got the Cool Ranch breaded chicken sandwich, its called the The Wacker. It was delicious. I also ordered a side of well done fries and they were perfect. They were seasoned fries and they were nice and crunchy. I'll be back for sure. Very clean.

Absolutely awesome bartenders! And you would be surprised how amazing their food is! Everyone there is extremely friendly. They also have pool tables, and they also have a liquor store inside the building, but in seperate room from the bar, you can walk through a hallway that will lead you to the liquor store, but it also has it's own entrance/exit.

We Moved to Port Monmouth 3 years ago. The only experience we've had with Keelan's was"to-go" drinks from the bike path.... Until today. We went for lunch and sat outside. The cocktails were great, and the virgin bloody Mary for the pregnant wife was perfect! The food, was awesome. Great spicy chicken sliders, bar pie, and a couple other things were great. An awesome delicious surprise, not just "bar food". It's our new "go to" locally!!

The bartenders are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

A great hometown saloon in a century old building that used to be a railroad station and a post office. The inside is modern and up beat and they’ve just recently added an outside, fenced in, patio with seating and televisions. They often have drink specials and entertainment. Stop by for one of their holiday parties they are a must.

Accommodating. Interesting menu, Yes it's barfare but there are some options for people like me who are gluten-free. Including cauliflower crust pizza. Even when they're short-staffed they try to do right by you. And the teriyaki wings are delicious.
Accessibility info: there's a step between the smoking section and the regular outdoor eating section that I don't know if a wheelchair would be able to deal with. But inside everything seems to be on the same level, walkers and canes would be fine here, there's very little uneven or broken gravel in the parking lot, And there's a fair amount of space between tables in most areas.

Keansburg is changing in many ways, and Keelen's is no different. Every time I visit the place, something has been updated or changed. The real locals hang out here, and that can be a very interesting experience. Most people are very friendly and welcoming, and I've almost always had a good time here.

Local bar. Good crown. Not overpriced like so many other bars in the area. Karaoke and FJ nights every week. Nice crown on weekends. Down side is No live music any more.

Best burger I have ever had. Cooked perfectly and it was a delivery. Have had many meals from there and NEVER disappointed. Portions are great and prices are amazing for quantity and quality

Great stop. They need to put stuffing balls on the regular menu. Delicious.

When you walk in, you're bound to see at least three people you know. The service is phenomenal and the bartenders are always polite. This is the local bar, so we expect you to respect it as well as the staff.

Wow! The bartenders ,owners,food,atmosphere, delivery of food and beer and liquor are incredible! Very responsible business to employees and public especially during Covid! Love this place!

The food was so good I ate my entire meal in one sitting. I almost always have leftovers. Not today. Good food.
