Dave and his team are a pleasure to work with in every way. Not only the best exterminators in NYC but probably the best home services provider in any category. I can expect them to pick up when I call, they have always magically been able to work within the constraints my schedule (usually on short notice), their rates are excellent, they are polite and positive at all times, and most importantly they do GREAT work. Ecostar took care of an ant infestation earlier this year and a bed bug scare just recently. You will love working with them.

Angel was a complete gem to work with, they rescheduled me due to rain and he gave me updates on his arrival window with a much smaller idea of time than originally expected. He was punctual, prompt and extremely professional. He came and left without any disturbances to my morning routine. He gave me extremely valuable feedback and answered all my questions. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! He was so personable as well and very easy to feel comfortable with while home alone. I have recommended him to all my neighbors and will be repeating the treatments at his recommended intervals! I’ve already noticed a difference in the mosquito problem I typically face in my heavily wooded yard.

It’s been six months since I have not seen a roach nor a rodent again. Ever since the technician (Edwin) treated my apartment, there has been a significant improvement. He was patient and kind enough to answer any and all my questions/concerns.

A Professtional job done by the Tech, Angel. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. We had tiny flys in the house and after the treatment they were gone. The treatment was clean and did not have an odor or residue. Angel did a thorough job inside and outside the house, as well as, the garage. He got rid of our problem bugs and we are so thankful for that. We will definitely use Eco-Star for all our exterminating problems again. This is a company you can trust. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Company! From start to finish EcoStar, David and his crew were and have been top notch. A few years ago I was originally interested in just a simple spring extermination of ants. But EcoStar was able to show me how to maximize and protect the entry points around my house keeping all unwanted critters out!!!! We now have a very affordable monthly maintenance care program!!! For the first time two of my children, who suffer from asthma, did not have reactions to EcoStar’s eco-friendly products and treatments! My professional was Anthony Canale. He was very knowledgeable about the terrible problem I was having with rodents and cockroaches. My kids would be scared to run around because of the noises at night of chewing. Had to move all food to a higher level which is very inconvenient. A friend recommended me to Anthony who did recent work in his house in Staten Island. He came and assessed the area. He found little cracks I was not aware of and filled everything. After he fumigated and got rid of any entry points in the area. He later sat me down and shared stories of other clients and how they resolved after care for these issues. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone which a pest infestation. My kids and me are happy and our food is out with no problems. Thank You Tony.

Really great company to work with and the exterminator, Michael was really fantastic. He took the time to explain to me what was going on within my apartment but also went through each nook and cranny to ensure my place was mouse-free. Would only call them in future.

I made an appointment to get extermination and Chris from this company i was having issues of service for 3 months showed up exactly at the time planned and did his job well and left. Hope to get same good service and dramaless scheduling next time. Highly recommended exterminator.

Angel took a close look at the area to see if there were any signs of rodents. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease, and even helped clean behind my stove when he set up the trap! Would recommend.

I have random issues. seasonal mostly...but can get annoying. . Why can’t other companies figure out I just want a pleasant guy,, at a good price, doing a good job. After three fails in three years, I found EcoStar, recommended by someone. Thank God. One less headache. Nice guys, always prompt and NO flare ups. Shouldn’t have been hard. Plus my main guy teaches the lecture staff what to do to help prevent problems...nice touch.
