They did the repair on time and kept me informed on the process.. arranged for my rental car and the entire process was like a breeze.. I would recommend my friends and colleagues anytime.. They did an amazing job on my car cleaned and detailing down to buffing my lights when I seen my car after their service it was like a brand new vehicle even had the new car smell.

I had to wait a couple of weeks until they started working on my car but it was worth it. Perfect repair. Especially the paint job.

I needed repair after my accident, back tire painted rims and back quarter panel with sensor. These guys did a great job repairing in 5 days. The were al title expansive but did the job perfectly which in my opinion you pay for what you get. These guys are great took care of everything from my rental car to procuring payment from the appropriate party. If I ever have another fender bender...which I don't plan to...I will use MONORE COLLISION again. And I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work. They work fast efficient and are honest about repairs which is very important in body work. On top of that , they give a lifetime warranty of work done so you know their work is done correctly.

They are really awesome . I requested them to complete very soon as i did not get loner car . They estimated work for nearly 10 days but completed in 4 days and gave my car back . Nick and the team was very nice and made my car look Brand new . Thank you Monroe team . You are really outstanding

Nick at Monroe Collison was great! The one thing I really like is that they text, email me every step of the process while my car was being repaired. I really appreciated that more than anything and car was promised on time.

This place is the best, I highly recommend going here! I got into a fender bender, they did a great job and got the car right back to me. I could barely tell they did any work to my car. Nick helped me through this process. Usually going to an auto body shop is a painful process, but it was a no brainer with the great customer service at Monroe collision center.

They were not able to work on my issue but were very responsive and helpful in getting my vehicle where it needed to go. Will definitely be going there next time I need collision work done. Great folks.

I never been here but I called them and asked for windshield replacement and the lady I talked to told me it'd cost less to find an auto glass shop than getting it replaced there. I very much appreciate her honesty! This tells me HONEST people work at this place which nowadays is hard to find especially in auto shops!
