Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control - Monmouth County

Best exterminator company ever!! Switched over from another local exterminator who came highly recommended but wasn’t satisfied with their work.

Steve is super responsive and great at explaining complete scope of work and following up. Hired him for a squirrel issue and after seeing how great he and his team were, I switched over all services to him shortly thereafter.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but if someone truly blows me away, I feel compelled to. And so here it is! 😊

Steve from Truly Nolan did a great job assessing what I thought were gnats . He came back when it was not resolved and also detected a potential plumbing issue.
He called to check in and is coming back to continue treatment now that the plumbing issue has been resolved.
His office staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating as well !
I am so glad that we changed exterminators to Truly Nolan !

Used Truly Nolan for removal of a squirrel who made his home in the soffit of our house. Steve was thorough and professional. He inspected house for other entry points and repaired the holes as well. Always on time and explained the entire process. Price was great. Definitely recommend. Answering service was good too!

I was gardening in the front yard when I noticed some holes in the large pine tree that is about twenty feet from the house. We have termites and carpenter ants in the neighborhood, so I called for an inspection. Steve came out to the house two days later. He was so kind and inspected the tree, garage, shed and house and fully explained what I could look for and see with an infestation. We didn’t need a service as it was only old activity. Thank goodness, but I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

I heard something wandering around in my attic and called Truly Nolan. I previously called two other more local companies; one scheduled an appointment and didn’t show up and the other didn’t return my call. I was really happy when Truly Nolen scheduled the appointment for the following morning and arrived as planned.

I was informed that the noise I heard was attributed to raccoons and I was presented with a plan. The raccoon was caught and repairs were made.

If anyone had a problem with unwanted rodent type guests, this is the company to call.

I was so impressed at how quickly they not only responded to the message I left for them, but also
how quickly they sent someone to address my ant problem. We have been trying for months to battle them ourselves. When Jim from Truly Nolan arrived (on time) I was reassured the problem would be resolved. And it was... he treated our entire property for odorless house ants. He took the time to explain what was happening and why, and also explained the product they would be using. The follow up appointment the next week was a quick visit as the ants were already completely gone as Jim said they would be. I only wish we had called Truly Nolan earlier and didn’t try to fight this things ourselves! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the pricing was too. I would highly recommend them.

We were having problems with raccoons getting into the attic. We tried for months to get rid of them. Finally decided to get a professional. We chose Truly Nolen because Steve was the person who came to look at the house, in the attic, roof and yard. He was the one going to do the work. He wasn't just a sales person who walked around the house and gave a quote. I felt comfortable with him that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Everything went as planned and even trapped a raccoon and relocated her. Finally raccoon free! We would highly recommend them.

We were not able to advantage ourselves of their direct service. However, due to the honesty of Jim and our lengthy consult with him we were able to make the best decision regarding my butterfly garden and birds. Whereas, the other companies we contacted just wanted to make a sale. In the future we will be using Truly Nolan for any and all of our needs.. Thank you for your candor and honesty.

Excellent experience. A job well done. All the crew met Todd, Charlie, Jim and Boss Steve were extremely courteous and helpful. Everything was timely and professional. Visa in the office kept me up to date on all arrival times. I would highly recommend for any of extermination needs.

Truly Nolen Raccoon Pest Removal can raccoons, two groundhogs, and one possum from under my back deck. They did a terrific job and built a barrier to prevent the animals or new animals from returning. They maintain the fence for free and advise me about any potential pest problems or animal problems. I would very highly recommend them, particularly Steve who does a great job

A bat came into our house. We called Truly Nolen and Steve, the owner of the franchise, came right over and took care of it right away. He explained how it got in and what we can do to protect the house. I highly recommend- very professional and courteous and reasonably priced.

I received a call back within 15 minutes of requesting a quote. The woman was very patient as I explained my "bug" situation and set up a free inspection within a day. Called Truly Nolen for a severe flea infestation. Steve(Owner) came out to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative in regards to the life cycle of the insect and more importantly the pre-preparation and post treatment instructions. Scheduling the service with his Customer Service Rep was very easy and she was a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, the fleas are gone!!! I will recommend Truly Nolen to all of my friends, Thank you Steve!

We had squirrels chew through the wooden soffits of the roof to nest. Steve from Truley Nolen was so knowledgeable and honest about how to address the problem. Having dealt with this other times over the last 30 years in our 1895 year old house, I have to say Truley Nolen is one of the best pest companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff are well trained & knowledgeable, not not afraid to climb ladders, came out every day to check the traps and made the repairs to the soffits after the squirrels were gone. They also
always had 2 people come when someone had to climb the ladder; for safety the second person was on the ladder at the bottom. Another company came out last fall without a ladder and then sent someone who was afraid to climb the ladder!

Truley Nolen was not the cheapest estimate but the fact that they made repairs and guarantee the work for a year puts our minds at ease. Thank you Steve, Brandon and Trevor!

Truly Nolen did a great job in coming to our aid!! We had a few rascals in the attic and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was complete. They were very patient with our concerns and very focused in getting the squirrels out “safely” with no harm, which the entire family appreciated. Highly recommend them to help!

Truly Nolan was very quick to come to my place and check for termite damage based on a home inspection report. Technician, Steve informed me that all damage was old and there was no evidence of active termites. I appreciated his explanation of their services and his honesty. Highly recommend this company.
