Just had the inside and outside of our house treated for Cave Crickets and any other pests. Andre was our Technician was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable and reassuring. Was on time as well. Would recommend this company and Andre to all.

Easy to schedule appointment. gave me 3 hour window but called 1/2 hour before as I had asked. Andre was very pleasant. Told me exactly what he found. Took care of the affected areas and told me to schedule follow up. I have a contract and have always had good service.

We have used Ace Walco and their tri-pack service for more than 5 years and in two different homes. Natasha is excellent, as are the technicians who come to treat the property. First Lou (who has since moved to another role) and now Dennis oversee our maintenance and we love that we see a familiar face every time, who knows the property and the history. Everyone in the office is amazing too- always helpful and quick to address any issue. By paying for the tri-pack service, we have full customer support and Dennis will be back to respray between services if we have any issue. There are few service providers we use that we are as happy with as Ace Walco. On a side note, Natasha recently helped us with a family member’s home, and she was incredibly compassionate with this elderly relative, ensuring she felt comfortable, promising to work hard to rectify the situation and doing so without any judgement. We give the highest recommendation.

Marc was great dealing with our problem with carpenter bees. He did a very thorough job !!
