Our truck blew up on a Monday, dropped off to j and w on a Tuesday and in a weeks time we got the truck back to us! And the price and warranty given on the job was incredible. I was figuring this was going to be extremely expensive but we got more than we paid for as well as a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty! Thank god for shops like this! Brian is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly , honest. Customer for life here! Thanks again guys!!

My car is now 18 years old (Accord 4DR manual transmission) and I started coming to J&W since 2018 as Autotek closed and the owners retired. I am extremely happy with the service! It is as good as what I had at Autotek. J&W have great technicians and their prices are very reasonable. I am bringing my car for a whole checkup next week and they are giving me a loaner as some of it will be long in terms of repairs. I also need the car inspected. I would recommend all my friends to come to J&W and already have.

J & W is our mechanic of choice. Before we even buy any used vehicles, J & W goes over them and tells us what, if anything, is wrong with them. So we know before we purchase, exactly what the mechanical condition may be.
Once purchased, they continue to get our business because of our confidence in the quality of their work, they stand behind their work, and they don't pad the bill with unnecessary items.
I've heard from a customer that one time a repair quote was beyond the value of their vehicle, J & W helped them get fair value for the vehicle.
There may be better mechanics in this area; I doubt it, but why take the chance.

Second time using them and both were good experiences. They diagnosed and fixed 2 things same day I dropped off.
Third time using them and got my car back in one day.

Dealership couldn't see my car for over 2 weeks, but Brian got me in and out in 2 days. Kept me informed and updated on the status of my car throughout the process. Very clear communication and quick service
