Excellent service and care. From sales (Keith and Danny) to Service (Robert and team), they are on top of all my needs. Today, the service team worked together to install a wheelchair lock in half the usual time. We could not have asked for more. We are grateful to have Highland Park Mobility Works helping us as we continue to learn how to be more mobile with a disability.

Steve, from the beginning was very polite, professional and informative of which stairlift would best suit our church in Brooklyn. Communication was always solid and there were zero issues at all til completion of the project. Earnest, was also detailed and diligent when scoping and installing. Both highly intelligent and professional people! Very highly recommended!

I met Keith​ Bradford about 5 years ago when my mom became wheelchair bound. My family and I had no idea what we needed. I called mobilityworks and I thank God that Keith picked the phone up. He helped us so much. He provided guidance, advised us and sometimes gave us an ear to just listen about our concerns and lack of knowledge. He helped us pick the perfect car at the time and we were able to make my mom feel as normal as possible. We have kept in touch over the years.  Throughout the pandemic he reached out several times to see how we were all doing and he even delivered the wheelchair restraints to my home that we needed for my mom.  A few days ago we decided we needed a newer car I reached out to Keith and once again he was there to guide us and make my mom feel as good as possible. We were able to get a car with everything that my mom needed for her condition. He surprised her at home by delivering the car to her.  I highly recommend him for all your needs.  My family and I thank him soo much for all his help.

I come into Jersey at least 5 times a year and every time I come, I reserve with mobility works. Their service has always been top tier and I have never had an issue with any reservation. Julia has always been my POC at the Highland Park location and she is absolutely wonderful, exceeding expectations every experience!

I have been renting Vans from Mobility Works for several years. I have never been disappointed. The rental manager, Julia, is top notch. The rest of the staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Julia always makes sure any requests I have are taken care of, and the car is ready at the agreed upon time. On my last rental, we had an unexpected death in the family. My wife is a paraplegic, and we needed a van rental for the funeral on short notice. Highland Park had all their vans out on rental agreements. Julia, understanding the immediate need we had, made arrangements with another location to ensure we were able to get the van we needed so our family could all be together as we said goodbye to her mom. 5 stars all the way!

I’m very impressed with my experience with Keith Bradford in purchasing and installing my scooter lift. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Quickly researched which lift would best meet my needs, and it was installed without any problems. Keith Bradford was very willing to explain product and installation in an easy to understand manner. I was very concerned and had a lot of questions. The information was provided quickly and efficiently, which made for an informed decision. I must emphasize that Keith Bradford was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable in this important purchase, which has made my life much easier in effortlessly lifting my scooter into my car.

Fathers Day 2021 my Husband suffered a severe stroke, leaving him immobile on his right side and having me try to figure out how in the world I can help us get back to some sort of normalcy. I searched online and found only a few handicap accessible rental companies (honestly there is truly a shortage in this market!) which were all booked except for one! Mobility Works Highland Park! From the moment the door opened I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect. I have rented several times, my most recent was just 2 weeks ago, where I was in dire need of a vehicle to transport my Husband to and from Dialysis as transportation was still being figured out. Needless to say Julia and the rest of the team moved mountains to ensure a vehicle was made available for the entire week! Not only that, they have stayed late waaay past office hours and in FULL vacation mode to await my arrival, just to be sure I have everything I need. I have completely fallen apart in the middle of the showroom floor only to be comforted and prayed for. I am so grateful 🙏🏼. I can't wait to rent again even with an office merely 15 minutes from my home, I am driving the 45 minutes to Highland Park because I know the kind of love and service I am going to get there. My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars! ❤

Mobility consultant Keith Bradford really came to the rescue and was a real super hero for my family. My 11-yr old daughter had scoliosis surgery and needed to use her power wheelchair to better support her back during the lengthy recovery period. I did not have a vehicle that could transport that chair and needed a solution fast with our vacation road trip & the start of school fast approaching.

Within 10days, Keith help me identify a van that suited our needs at an affordable price, brought the van to my home for us to test drive, secured financing & warranties, and handed me the keys!!! I am more than amazed by Keith’s efforts that went above & beyond all my expectations. I highly recommend the customized approach Keith & his team uses to make this important purchase.

I went to take my father in law's van for service and I met Danny. He was very nice and introduced me to Larry and Robert over at service. Danny then walked me to the waiting area where they had coffee and snacks. Everyone there was really nice and they all stopped to say hello. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone. Great experience and great service.

Very happy with my salesman Danny Rodriguez. He is polite, knowledgeable, and well informed of all the Mobility item. Installation was quick and done perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
