Our furnace stopped working. They came out within 24 hours. Looked at our unit We decided it was time to replace. Eric came out to the house he was very knowledgeable helping us make an informative decision. The technicians that arrived to do the install were great. The house was left as clean as when they arrived. My husband and I would highly recommend.👍😊

If you have a need to hire a plumber and especially if you have a Navien unit then hire these guys. They do excellent work and they did the job exactly how I had requested. There was a minor issue later on - the pipes were blocking my basement door from fully opening - and they came back to fix it. In addition to their expertise in plumbing and HVAC all of the people who I met were friendly and professional. Thank you DMC Plumbing!

I had called DMC plumbing twice for two different services so far and both experiences were very pleasant.
The first time, my hot water boiler wasn't turning on. It was a late Friday afternoon, the previous plumber I used decided to be "done for the week" and I would had to wait until the following Monday to get serviced. DMC picked up and was able arrange someone to stop by the next day(Saturday). The technicians were very professional and nice, explained the pros and cons of repair the 12+ year old machine so I decided to replace it. The two technicians were able to get the job done in half a day.
Second time, the steam boiler was not turning on. I called in the morning and was able to get a technician to stop by in the early afternoon. The technician was very knowledgeable about the system, checked out a few electronic components and quickly figured out that the induce motor was over-heating, causing the heater not to turn on. Once the part's replaced, the technician also noticed the internal pressure of was too high, which caused short-cycling on the system. He then quickly replaced the pressure control and the short cycling was gone! Now the heat's running well.

What I really like about DMC:
* Each to reach. There's always a human picking up the phone and they DO call you back! (unlike other plumbers I've worked with)
* Very knowledgeable technicians. Professional, easy to talk to, willing to explain things in details, and they are NOT in a rush to just finish the job and leave.
* The technicians went above and beyond! Besides fixing the issues, the technician also pointed out a few bad installations on the system and possible ways to improve.
* Price is fair. You pay what you get.
* The receptionists and the owner are all nice and easy to talk to. They don't give you bad attitudes, which I think is very important and comforting when you are in need of help.

Definitely my go-to plumber from now on!

Very impressed from the service rep who answered the phone. , the heads up emails and terrific technician named Kevin Cintron… I had a clog in my main sewer line on the coldest day in January… Kevin was professional… friendly… listened to me and explained my options… He made me feel comfortable and my worries melted away… Job was done to my satisfaction .Will definitely use DMC again and will request for Kevin!

We had an emergency concerning our boiler - it suddenly stopped working in the coldest weather we’ve had this winter. I called DMC Plumbing and they responded first thing that morning. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, retrieve the parts needed and had the boiler up and running. With a cold week ahead of us, we were very grateful. Would recommend this business to all.

DMC did a great job! Had a running toilet and leaking sinks for months. DMC came, assessed the problem, had quotes with style options ready for us, and then new faucets/ toilet back installed same day in under 4 hours! Highly recommend

DMC Plumbing did a great job diagnosing the problem with my AC and by next day had a new unit and installed it right away. The guys explained everything and were so nice and knowledgeable.

They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. They gave me appointment times and showed up on time. The technician I met with was honest with what was needed and completed the job with noticeable expertise. I will be calling them back for any other work I need.

Ask for "Moses" when you call. He is VEYR PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. I contacted DMC Plumbing and Heating for the malfunctioning Navien tankless water heater issue. The company was able to send me a plumber within one hour of my request which is unheard of in today's plumbing world. The plumber that came out was "Moses" He was very thorough in his analysis and inspection to find a root cause and he did find the root cause of all this. He was very professional and patient to explain the issue to me so that I can understand. I highly recommend asking for "Moses" when you call DMC for any pluming repair. I will recommend him to anyone who would needs a plumbing work. Fantastic and timely and efficient. Thank you Moses!! You've saved me from headache!

Our furnace motor failed and DMC's technician arrived in under an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained the parts and got us back up and running within hours.

Their customer service is great. Ellen responded to us very quickly and took all our concerns seriously. She also gave us regular status updates on scheduling and the numerous questions we asked her to relay to her colleagues.

Moises and his colleague came promptly after we asked for an estimate and did a thorough analysis of what was needed to address our issue.

They came back a few days later for the actual work and did an impeccable job. In fact, I was very impressed by their level of craftsmanship. Moises also took some time out of his busy schedule to answer more questions from me.

Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). A few weeks after closing on our first home, our furnace broke down. We were referred to Sean at DMC and we are so glad we worked with him!

He was very responsive and knowledgeable not only with dealing with the issue, but also supporting our claim to our homeowner's insurance. In addition to installing our new, more efficient furnace and AC units, he set up our smart thermostat and returned to check that our system was working efficiently. He even came after hours to accommodate our schedule for a final walk through!

I have used DMC for multiple projects in my condominium. The most recent was an installation and replacement of a water heater. The job was scheduled and completed within the week from getting a quote. Their prices are very fair and they do high quality work. On this most recent install, they gave me an estimate which was 1k less than a local competitor. I will continue to use them for any future projects and have recommended them to our Condo Board.
