Edible Arrangements

Mohammed and Fahera (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) were great. I needed a quick gift to impress my mother-in-law and they not only delivered a chocolate covered strawberry arrangement but kept me entertained the entire time with small talk. I historically have had terrible experience visiting Edible Arrangements (vs ordering online) and this was by far the best one yet. Not to mention they sent me off with two Halloween samples. I recently ordered an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and I was blown away by their service and product quality. From the moment I placed my order, the process was seamless and easy. Their website was user-friendly and allowed me to customize my arrangement to my liking.

I tried Daisy bouquet from edibles and fruits were really fresh, well packaged. I loved the bouquet of fruits and yeah I gifted one to my sister too. The bouquet looked amazing. Will be ordering again soon.

I've decided to add a positive review from my experiences after reading all negative reviews.
Instead of ordering online, I went directly to the store and ordered a box of chocolate dipped strawberries for my child's teachers. Karim, whom took my order, was very nice and even making sure the messages on the package is what I told him.
Upon the pick up time, I arrived at 9am which is 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time, and it was not ready. It is a proof that my order is fresh and prepared on the same day on site. When I returned at scheduled pickup time, my order was ready.
The package looked great and Karim even gave me two extra strawberries as a treat! I didn't open the package of course as it is a gift set for the school teachers. The treat from the store is very nice - good size of the strawberries and tasty!
I would definitely order again.

I was worried after I read the reviews but my arrangement showed up on time, as ordered and the fruit was fresh. We are very pleased with the arrangement.

I wanted to share this review and let The public know that Ashanti from the Grand Avenue Store was extremely helpful getting me the refund for non delivery from the Newark Avenue Store. She mange to get someone from the Newark store to issue my refund. It has been a nightmare and I wanted the public to know how helpful she was. I will never order from the 747 Newark Ave Jersey City store ever again. Terrible service and they never answer their phones. Buyer Beware.

My boyfriend brought me chocolate covered strawberries in the morning, they were amazing! Big juicy strawberries with delicious chocolate, will definitely order again!
