We were very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Within 24 hours of our initial call we received a quote and had a new water heater installed. Tom Brady was very helpful and the plumbers that came to our home to install the water heater were very professional and courteous. The cost for the install and unit was the best quote we received from other plumbers in the area. The water heater is working perfectly. I would recommend this business if you are in search for a plumber in the Warren County area.

Job involved removal and replacement of an 80 gallon electric water heater located in the basement. Crew of two workers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to complete the installation within 3 hours. They had proper equipment for handling the heaters, were careful to avoid any damage to the floors / stairs, and cleaned up the work area when finished.
They also straightened the piping on the original installation which was out of plumb, and relocated the water shut off valves to a more accessible location.
All work was completed at the quoted price , which was quite reasonable.
Would certainly use Ben Franklin out of Clinton for any future plumbing work.

Called Tom last minute to replace a broken toilet. He sent his plumber Ralph out to swap out toilet after hours. The job was Clean, and Ralph was a professional. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber in the area.

Matt was very knowledgeable and efficient in regard to fixing my clogged drain. He knew exactly what needed to be done! This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin and I won’t hesitate to use them again!

I've had the pleasure of working Tom at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Clinton twice now. The first time was when our basement flooded and we required a new water heater. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was quite reasonable.

The second time was today after my water heater had to be shut down for some work being done in the basement. When I called and asked if he could do a service call, Tom said, "Well sure. But, I can walk you through the start up over the phone". Tom walked me through the start up to relight the pilot and in just a few minutes everything was back to normal and I saved the cost of a service call.

I highly recommend Tom and BF plumbing and when I need plumbing help again they will be the ones I call.

Called them at 1130 and they had someone out by 3 to fix our toilet issue. Matt came out and was neat and efficient quickly fixing the issue. Glad I was referred to them and will use them again as needed!

Our water was not working on the weekend and Tom was the only plumber who answered our call. He helped us get the water going and came to repair the whole issue the next day. Would highly recommend!

Thought my tub was clogged after falling in the shower. He took the time with me on the phone to figure out what it was. It saved me money which was so appreciated. So friendly and honest! Definitely recommend.

We had a clogged drain , I called over 10 plumber's, left voicemails, did not receive any call backs from any of the plumbers, called Benjamin Franklin, came at the time promised, evaluated problem, fixed problem , and was very professional,I personally will stick with them , and not use anyone else from now on.

Reliable, fast maybe a little expensive

Prompt and personable people but not a great experience. I had a leaking water shut off and a rocking toilet from a bad install by someone else. Almost three hundred dollars later I now have a new water shutoff and a leaking toilet with a quote needed to fix the rest.

Still waiting on a return call. 3 weeks.

Had a minor problem with my oil burning boiler. He came out twice. Charged me 1100$ and fixed nothing. When I called him back he quoted me another 1200$. Me and my Neigbor fixed it in 2 hours for 40$. This guy is either a scammer or too dumb to figure out a simple clog in the oil line.

RUINED OUR FLOORING!!! This was the worst home service experience my husband and I have ever received. There were 2 men that came to our home to unclog our sink. Only one man pulled their giant metal sink snake up our hardwood stairs and chipped and scratched nearly every single step in 2 places each and scratched the hardwood flooring in the downstairs as they began up the steps. We called Tom (owner) to see if they would come and take a look at the damage they did and he kept putting us off and then we reached back out and he "didn't remember" and blew us off completely. A $400 bill for a clogged sink and completely ruined flooring and stairs. Save yourself a headache and NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
