Turning Point of Hoboken

Had a sub salad and it tasted just like the inside of a sandwich. Pretty big portions (photo taken after I ate a good amount, but it looks like I barely made a dent). Frozen lemonade and strawberries also was a cool drink esp for a hot day

I always passed by this restaurant and have never been inside so that day I wanted to give it a try. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are attentive and the food is delicious. I highly recommend!

I love coming here for the good healthy food, and specially the stunning view of the New York skyline, I love their salad with fruits and greens and chicken sandwiches. Also, the vibe inside this location is beautiful. If you’re looking for a nice breakfast or brunch place, This is one of the best places. I recommend specially when the weather is nice out.

We are visiting Hoboken from Long Island celebrating a birthday for the weekend we googled this place and the food looked delicious
So we decided to try it out.
Yes it’s a must try , food was delicious ! I had the breakfast platter with pancakes, eggs /cheddar cheese and bacon my husband had shrimp with grits and apple topped pancakes. Food was delicious, and reasonably priced, service was prompt Jose our server was so pleasant. Thanks for breakfast

We stopped by here after taking care of a biz nearby. Popular joint so we had to wait a bit to be seated Sat morning. You can easily kill time walking around by the river. Service was great, good brunch spot vibe, and the pancake was one of the best i had! If i lived by here i would probably come in every week.

Breakfast at Turning Point with my wife and friends was a delight, and the Southern Chicken & Waffles stole the show! Chopped bacon and Sriracha hot honey on fluffy waffles? Sign me up! The Southern Chicken & Waffles were a symphony of sweet and savory. It was so good that I wanted more, My wife, ever the voice of reason, reminded me I'm on a diet, but the memory of those waffles will stay with me! I don’t want to forget that I ordered the cappuccino which comes with two shots of expresso, my kind of coffee. My wife raved about the Avocado Smash Benny, so I'll have to try that next time. Not sure what my friends ordered since I was so consumed with my dish I didn’t even to bother to ask them! With the waterfront view adding to the ambiance, Turning Point is a perfect spot for a delicious breakfast. I'll be back soon!

It was the best and the right time to be at this place I enjoyed the food and specially the drinks . Only one thing which I found out was the waiting time is long but rest all was worth visit the place . My friend ordered a vegan dish and I kind of liked it more than what I was having that time .

Best brunch place in Hoboken. Usually busy and noisy on weekends but worth it. I highly recommend the Grande Huevos rancheros and smores hot chocolate. The shakshuka and pancakes were also very nicely prepared. I would visit this place often for brunches. Thank you Turning point.

The best thing that I have had hear is def the chicken salad. you can get it on a wrap or on the cosmo salad. The salad has pineapple, dried cranberries and other things. The dressing is great too. I prefer it that way. The turkey club was alright. I liked the thick cut bread but the turkey was a little slimy. I tried my friend's waffle and it was very good. Crispy and soft and butter and fluffy on the inside.

Always a long wait unless you come after 2pm. But it's nice to get there and put your name on the list and then walk around. It's convenient it's right across from beautiful views and a nice walkway and park. Service is friendly and attentive.

Be sure to order the GRANDE HUEVOS RANCHEROS. It has to be their best item in the menu.

I liked the place. But there is scope for improvement. Coffee would have tasted better with cream rather than disposable half and half.

My first concerns when planning to eat out at new restaurants are usually accessibility, comfort, and parking. My son had enjoyed eating out here with friends, but he doesn't have the health concerns I have. I trusted his opinion as I asked him questions and I'm glad we went as a family. The views of Manhattan are excellent even though we were there on a rainy Saturday!

There are parking garages, street parking, and parking lots around the area. If you know Hoboken, then you realize parking is a challenge in cities. It wasn’t as bad as I expected. Although some spots seemed narrow, I appreciate the restaurant being on one floor and there's room to navigate through there for wheelchair users.

It was extremely busy, but we put our name on a wait list before we even left the parking garage. Once we got there the staff was friendly and helpful. There's a sign stating that they accept service animals, and this is great for disabled customers. I personally felt comfortable getting around, even though it was already a good day for me as far as some of my disabling effects I deal with...

I loved where we sat by the fireplace. The restaurant is has the right Ambiance the right noise level I mean it just seemed like a good spot for family or out with friends The "OMG" french toast was delicious and my vanilla chai had just the right blend of spices. I'll be back when I'm in town again!

THE best breakfast in Hoboken, New Jersey, and quite possibly in the world!
The food is amazing, tasty, versatile and you can customize every portion. The portions are very generous and REALLY not expensive.
The staff is super polite and helpful. They make you feel like part of the family! Shout out to the amazing George and Andres which made our 6 (!!!) breakfasts here a genuine pleasure :)
This place is always packed, come yourself and see why :)

Great brunch place! The Benedicts were so good and yummy. They also didn’t disappoint with the coffee cup size lol we were satisfied.

What a great brunch spot! Excellent food, great service and the outside seating has a great view! The menu is full of delicious dishes, we ordered 5 different items from the menu and they were all super tasty and fresh!

Amazing place for hanging out with friends and brunch. Very sweet and kind staff. The coffees are the best. I had breakfast combo and was super delicious. Beautiful view of NYC, even though it was rainy, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended it.

I didn't realize that I like shrimp in my omelette until I tried it at turning point, and I was pleasantly surprised! The combo works together well and the cilantro adds a nice brightness to the fish. The house potatoes are perfectly seasoned and cooked, and I really enjoy the side of pork roll. You can put your name on the list on Google maps ahead of actually showing up, which is a must when the wait can be anywhere from 90-120 minutes. Service is pretty fast and they also have outdoor seating. Great views of the city and a fantastic menu for brunch.

Incredible service and food! I love Turning Point, will be coming back. Our waitress was lovely, I don’t remind her name unfortunately but it began with a T. All people working here today were lovely, great experience. I let them know my allergy and was treated with respect!

The previous two weekends, we have visited Turning Point, and we loved being here. The waffles, pancakes, and French toast are perfectly balanced, not being overly sweet or substantial. Along with the pancakes, the waffle was really light. I adored the strawberry syrup on the side and the tropical crunch with all the toppings. Additionally delicious was the G.O.A.T omelette and the simple side of greens. Everything blended together flawlessly. There is a large variety of brunch options available. Come as early as possible because it can get very busy. To add on, our server was incredibly kind, inviting, and helpful. Initially, we were slightly worried about sitting outside because it seemed far from the kitchen and indoor dining area. We thought the service was going to be a bit slow, but that was not the case at all. Everything from the scenery to the food is excellent. We have been having a lovely time here at Turning Point, and we will continue to do so.
