It was the very good and heartwarming experience : My first time in the city of Miami and the first time at a « Nordström Rack » ! I was allowed to shop at 9:59 a.m. , and bought just for that evening ( I didn’t expect it !!! ) the perfect wallet Steve Madden ! What a coincidence ! The wallet is perfectly matching my evening gown ! I was not thinking about finding anything at all !!! I did not want a bracelet , but I decided to make exception , and have it bought also ( the price of the bracelet with faux gems I don’t remember , unfortunately ) . I spent approximately $37 at the store .

The holiday gift section and the significant sales for the season were a delightful bonus.

Leaving with more than just a hat, I left Nordstrom Rack impressed by their commitment to quality in every aspect. It's a store that I'll revisit, and I recommend it to anyone seeking a shopping experience where every item is a testament to thoughtful selection. A true Staten Island shopping gem!

All factory outlets with absolutely free ferry ride which is every half an hour 24/7 from Manhattan with a great view of the Statue of Liberty

We have a long relationship me and Nordstrom rack . That’s my go to store, because they have everything I want, with a good price and the quality of the service. The merchandises can be return within 90 unless it’s final sales. I love the very nice staff which be now know that I a shopaholic. I simply love the rack. Everything I wear is from there.’

Clean, nice set up and selection. Young girls working on Sunday morning of 8/13 were very helpful. I found a pair of sunglasses without a tag... And, they were very patient. They kept trying until they were able to get the price, for me

Return was really easy. Unfortunately I usually go for shoes there... not a wide variety

Only store worth going to Empire Outlets for

Went opening day and it was super clean! It was the biggest Nordstrom Rack I’ve ever been to. It’s 2 levels and each floor is pretty big.
The have a good selection in each department and the line went fast even with the amount of people there! Everyone was helpful and nice.

AAAAMAZING!! Thank you oh thank you for coming to Staten Island, Nordstrom Rack!! I went there today and they have such a great selection. They have all the brands I love.. Joes Jeans, Sanctuary and plenty others. I got 3 pairs of high heels, a dress and two shirts for $200 and I am absolutely coming back for more! The staff were great too. I’m hoping they’ll add more to their swimwear selection. Did I mention the shoes? O M G.

Love the Rack, brand new Store in a great North Shore location adjacent to the ferry. Easy parking in garage underneath the Empire Outlets.
