This was the first time I bought from this store and from the moment I walked in to select my bed, to when I finally made the order, everything went smoothly. Paul was kind and helpful the whole way through. The process was quick and easy and I was happy with the entire process. When it came time for delivery, there were no issues. He even came to make sure everything went well. I even added some lights to the bed without any issue. It was an overall great experience. I'd most definitely buy from here again. ❤

We searched the internet for months trying to get a sofa and loveseat that fits. We have a gorgeous 100 year old Tudor. Most of the stuff was way too big.
Then we drove by Country Collection Furniture on Castleton Ave and saw something in the window. We used to shop there when we first moved to STATEN island years ago. We were blown away by the selection that the owner Paul had. There were literally dozens and dozens of choices, and to our delight, many of them fit!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the price, selection, and quality of the furniture. And the service was great!

We are returning customers at Country Collection. We wanted a quality sectional that would be comfortable and durable in the kitchen/family room and that is exactly what we got. Our original couches from here are 18-20 years old, have been retired to the basement for many years now, but we still love them and are not ready to part with them. They are still firm and comfortable. I expect that same of the new couch. We have bought bedroom furniture and other things from here as well, its all quality. Paul is very helpful but not pushy. The delivery men are friendly, professional and attentive. You will not be disappointed.

Paul has an amazing assortment of furniture styles. so helpful and informative. i was astonished at the amount of samples for furniture coverings. Spent so much time walking around looking for just the right living room furniture. Even brought samples home. I finally made a decision with Paul's patience and he answered all my concerns and thoughts about the couches. Was able to order custom couches exactly how I wanted them and a great rainforest pattern. The delivery was seamless and on time. Took a few minutes. Gentlemen who set it up were so cautious about the walls , paint and the floors. They place it gently and set it all up. Took old furniture out and Paul set up pick up to sanitation as well. So happy..... Thank you so very much.

I truly don’t regret shopping here. I was replacing a 20 year old bedroom set and felt like I couldn’t find a quality piece of furniture anywhere I went. I happened to do a google search looking for good reviews that stressed quality furniture. I am happy with my purchase, received complements from family . I have several pieces of furniture from Country Collection Furniture. The store has a great selection of quality furniture made in the USA. The owner is informative, helpful, and he provides great service. You may not get a 2 day delivery as in some big box stores, but what you will get is a piece of furniture that looks great and will last for many years.

My experience was wonderful. Paul is an excellent businessman and he truly cares about his customers. He’s very efficient. I love his merchandise and when I need something new or a replacement , I think of his store first. I purchased a beautiful headboard and I love it. Even the delivery guys were great. Here’s an update. I just ordered a beautiful cabinet and recliner and he delivered it promptly. It is an outstanding business that is a rarity on the island.
