Just rented with this particular store. Service was amazing, fast and easy. Jackeline was outstanding. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. She is definitely our go-to person moving forward. You had no problem building a rapport with me, even over the telephone due to the circumstances. This is a great customer service skill to possess. You're really good at obtaining first-hand customer information and using this information to improve customer service. Thank you Jackie and Aaron's! Keep up the great work!!!

let me tell you about the wonderful experience I had with sales associate, Jackie. I am in sales/customer service myself and it is very hard these days to come across someone who actually works hard and is pleasant. (crazy right)
WELL, Jackie went above and beyond to get me my lease when i didnt think it was possible. By far, the BEST customer service i have ever received ANYWHERE. I will be a return customer because of her. She deserves a raise and a vacation!!!!!! u go jackie girl!!!!!! thank you and I can not wait for my units! GIVE HER A RAISE

Everyone was great! Jackie was very patient while I decided on what bed set I wanted and when I was ready to start my lease. She was easily accessible through phone calls and messages. When I was ready to start my lease she walked me through everything and made the whole process great. Jasmine was also great she helped me close out on a bedroom set and made sure all the information I provided was accurate.

The delivery drivers Luis and Medina were amazing. They came on time, the set up was fast and they were very friendly. Although it was very hot they managed to get everything set up within a timely manner and they kept a smile on their face & I really appreciate that. You guys really are the BEST :)

I have purchased 4 items from this store. It started with a recliner. Then, I got a beautiful refrigerator, then a gorgeous sectional. I recently purchased a fabulous fire place console thingy. I love every purchase. Two ladies take care of me all the time. Jackie and Jasmine are the absolute best!! I purchased 3 items during my elongated furlough from my job. So, they helped me change my whole living space. They seem to get my taste. I am very appreciative to the two ladies. Again, thank you for your wonderful furniture and appliances.

We recently had an great experience with Aaron's. The new staff is awesome. Everything was delivered when it was suppose to. The delivery guys were fast and efficient. They went above and beyond to help us. We defiently had bad experiences in the past and this new staff made sure everything went smooth. If your looking to get top notch customer service then this is the place to go. This store is definitely worth getting a second chance. 2 Thumbs up from Alvin Bruno.
