I just want to give a special shoutout to Jon who was incredibly helpful in the Hoboken store - I have been shopping for a couch for awhile and he patiently took the time to walk me through fabrics, sizes and answered any questions and concerns I had. He truly made my decision making process much smoother and I was able to pick a couch finally!

I never thought I'd like this place until I walked in and fell in love. The quality and value are unbeatable. I've shopped around quite a bit and this became my go to place when needing furniture or accessories for the home. Quick delay very for in stock items.

What a beautiful store in a great location. I was looking for a new sofa. Lilly was very nice and helped me with choices of colors, fabrics and other design options.

My husband and I just had the most pleasant experience at this location, all thanks to Cynthia and Corina’s help and thorough guidance. They were so kind and patient with us to ensure we were sure about the couch we ultimately decided on. We never felt pressured to make our purchase right then and there; in fact, Cynthia encouraged us to take the time we needed to make sure we were happy with our decision. It is the kind of customer service that is often under appreciated, so thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The operations manager at this store, Corina, went so far above and beyond to help us get a mirror we ordered into our car. Helping us take the box apart and getting it into the car after the box dimensions online proved incorrect. We are so grateful for Corina’s assistance and knowledge! I genuinely don’t know what we would have done otherwise.

I am very very pleased with the support of the Store Manager Corina. She has been supporting me and helping to get my order completed. When no others have been responding to me i was able to get in touch with Corina and she was making sure that her upper manager was aware of the issues.

Steven the manager at this location was great to deal with! We're thankful we were able to work with him. It's sad when good customer service is becoming a lost art, but it's much more evident when when an individual stands above the rest. WE is lucky to have him. His peers at the King of Prussia location could learn a little.

This West elm is one of the best.  They provide high quality furniture and their customer service is great!  Mary, was very helpful and professional.

The only downside is that you have to wait for a long time before your furniture arrives, but that is really any furniture store unless what you want is in stock

But it's strongly recommended, and their delivery service is reliable and fast too. I recognize West Elm is a large brand, but you still do support local as they sell items from local artisans.

I worked with interior designer Luis and store manager Carina for my order with large furnitures, they are both super friendly and helpful!!
And I want to give a HUGE thank you to Carina, for her tireless help with countless phone calls with me, thank you for your patience and ability to always timely respond to and solve our issues, we are so happy with the furniture! She'll definitely be my goto person if I buy from west elm again!!!

LOVE this store and their customer service. While all the employees I've interacted with have been phenomenal, I want to give a special shoutout to Luis. He's gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help me find the right pieces for my apartment. Highly recommend Luis to anyone who wants design expertise and values customer service.

I had a great experience here. I came in the night before Thanksgiving to see if they had any bar carts which they did not. They were about the close but the salesperson helped me pick something that was comparable and perfect to replace a bar cart. I was there way past 8pm and they were incredibly accommodating. My wife and me went this Hoboken west elm spot every week at end of December 2019, staffs are nice and patient, comprehensive category of furniture and related accessory for choose from, also 30% off when you purchased more than $3000 at once during holiday season, which was a great deal for us! Reminder, plan where to park before you go, limited parking lots in front of the store, good luck!

People were helpful when we asked to see prices on a coffee table. They allowed us to take our time and were not pushy
