Reina is incredible, amazing, spectacular!! Our baby shower was a complete success because of her efforts. Her level of professionalism is unmatched! She's considerate, fairly price, and truly care about the final project and vision! I will use her for any and every celebratory event! If I could give her 10 stars I would! What a blessing!! Reina and her husband was reliable and helpful and so kind! Reina came through for me when I came to her on last minute things! And I cannot be thankful enough to have found her🙏 lot of people around north Bergen that does rentals, but to be honest I tried everywhere -.- . Nobody was accommodating as her💯 she’s very understandable and just great overall.

Reina and her team were so amazing! From the initial inquiry up until the day of the event, Reina was super professional and comfortable to talk to! The vision she had and executed was so brilliant! My whole family and guest really enjoyed the work her and her team did!

I did my baby shower with this company and I have to say it was the best choice I made. They had great communication with us, suggested ideas stemming from the ones we provided, and were super fast installing everything! My baby shower turned out beautifully . At the end of the night they came back and took things down in about 30 min they offered me some of the decor which was really nice and they left the place spotless, I have to say I was very impressed on how easy, professional and efficient they made the process because planning for baby showers can be very stressful. I highly recommend anyone to book them!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was beyond impressed by the arrangement Reina Balloons did for my baby’s dedication. Reina was so responsive and asked the right questions to make sure she understood my vision and delivered exactly what I wanted. No matter what time it was, she always responded to my messages (even close to midnight!), as I was getting a bit anxious as my event got closer. Her customer service is excellent! My only regret was that I didn’t call her sooner. She even tried to help me when another vendor I was working with wasn’t getting back to me. I liked that Reina also tried to work with my budget though I found her prices to be very reasonable. I will definitely use her for all my future events! Thanks a million to Reina and her team.

We loved the work Reina did for the grand opening of our restaurant! Everything was easy going , she was very responsive to any questions we had and the balloons lasted about 5 days !! Which was amazing to us since they were outside all day. We will definitely work with her in the future! 🤗

Reina is an amazing event producer! She has done many parties for me and my family. She has recently done my fathers and mothers big birthdays and the decorations came out amazing! She also very responsive and always finding ways to make us happy with everything. She is so reliable and quick with answers. I would love to do parties with her for as long as I can! After having another balloon company cancel on me last minute, I reached out to Reina and she was able to execute our vision seamlessly! She was extremely responsive, collaborative and so helpful. We only had a short amount of time in the space before our event and she was able to come in and get everything done quickly and efficiently. She was amazing and we’d absolutely work with her again!

Reina was very professional ! I hired her for my daughters Sweet 16 birthday balloon arch and background. She was amazing .. she not only quickly and professionally completed the deco .. she was in and out without much hassle. She was very professional and flexible. She also added extra touches to the decoration voluntarily. She delivered more than my expectation !

So glad I just chose Reina’s balloon design for our son’s 1st birthday party! From the beginning she was very responsive and really made the whole process very smooth and stress free. The design turned out exactly how I wanted and I couldn't be happier!

I hired Reina for a 60th birthday party, and everything went perfectly. We discussed options, went through photos, and she made suggestions. On the day of, she arrived earlier than expected and got right to work. The end result was exactly as we had discussed! At the end of the party, she came promptly and took everything down very quickly.

We loved our baby shower backdrop and decorations. It was just as good as other decorators charging twice as much! Reina was very accommodating and tried her best to make sure everything was perfect.
