Michael is, singularly, the most knowledgeable wine procurer on Staten Island and New York City. He dispenses his expertise readily. And if you have a favorite, as I do in Alsace Gewurztraminer (Lucien Albrecht), he'll do his best to hunt it down. It's not a large store but the inventory is quality and quite varied. If you like exploring and broadening your palate plan a visit.

I found out about this place about two years ago during a food fest along Forest Ave. They were doing wine tastings and this is where I tried my favorite white wine, Chamine. Despite living on the other side of the island, I would stop by when I was in the area to pick it up since this is the only place that carries it. About a month ago I went in ten minutes before closing to pick it up for a birthday party to share with friends and they were unfortunately out of stock. Michael took the time to help me find an amazing wine that me and my friends loved and even took down my number for when the wine will be back in stock. I just got the call from Michael and I’m so happy they remembered me and ordered my favorite white wine! Thank you Michael and thank you to Jean’s Fine Wines & Spirits for being such a wonderful place!

Wonderful experience. Micheal was very helpful, and spent a solid 5 minutes listening to what wines we like and helping us choose a new bottle. Good selection, and a nice variety of prices. We don’t normally come here because we have two liquor stores that are closer, but after the service we received we will be regulars!

Wife and her best friend came in to grab a bottle of wine. The guy (sorry didn't catch your name :( ) was very knowledgeable, friendly and generous with the wine tasting. By far best wine store experience I ever had. Keep it up! Excellent example of how businesses should be run.

Though we only interacted remotely, I had a wonderful experience with Michael putting together a graduation wine tasting case for a family member finishing at Wagner University nearby. He is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for his craft is obvious and could not have been more helpful to someone just calling on the phone and asking for a hand in doing a special gift
