I got a custom grain bowl with salad. Half falafel, half chicken. Extremely filling and nutritious! I couldn’t finish! My friend got a Greek chicken wrap. She was underwhelmed, unfortunately as she was extremely excited to give cava a whirl. She was hoping it would be authentic but the tzatziki and juicy chicken created a hot mess. She used ten napkins. The restaurant was messy but the customer service was awesome! We would both give it another whirl!

Was very excited to find Cava in the Bergen mall. Walked in during Saturday linch hours, so was little busy. The entrance is in front, no way to enter from the inside of the mall. All ingredients were available and details were printed on stickers in front of each section.

They have lots of seating area, mostly clean and well maintained. Lots of option of sodas and homemade lemonades. Utensils were stocked too.

I got the spicy lamb with white rice with all my favorites dips, sauces and toppings. The bowl tasted delicious, with soft and moist lamb balls. Loved the fluffy fresh rice too.

Gabriel and Kathy are amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. The food is always so fresh here! We love coming to Cava Paramus. We come at least once a week! The staff is the best!

Pros:
Food was tasty (Spicy Chicken in a bowl and I love the pita chips), place was clean, good lighting and spacious. The price matches the quality, I don't think most people will have a problem. It was SUPER cold this day and the line was wrapping around inside. Either nobody wanted to cook or the food was worth the trip.

Cons: Seemed the line moved a little slow, Parking isn't great in this section but after that enjoy your food.

This place is awesome. the personal is great and the food is the best. Definitely try one of there bowls. Thanks to Luisa for always being so nice and welcoming.

My FAVORITE spot to go to. Way better than Chipotle, though it is a bit pricier, but SO worth it. I usually make my own bowl and they have many options for you to choose from. From the base (grains, veggies, or a combo of both), to the meats, to the toppings, and lets not forget about the sauces and tge delicous hummhs they have! Taste really good and I also feel good when I eat it 😋

Casual fast HEALTHY food! Custom make your salad or wrap! Everything is prepared with olive oil. Great fountain beverages, I had mint lime drink, no corn syrup. The food is fresh and delicious. A new favorite!

After learning about their IPO debut, I had the opportunity to check this place out for the first time. Thanks to the server who recommended and help me pick out my selection. Man! It’s like chipotle in Mediterranean style ! Excellent - quality food. 🙌👍🥗🥙

Healthy and delicious lunch or dinner option in Bergen town center. Food is fresh and tasty, portions are big, outdoor seating available for large and small groups. Decent options of soda. Staff is friendly and would help in selecting greens/grains/toppings. Parking maybe hard to find in-front of restaurant

I love Cava. The vibes are always good but Louisa made my experience this time worth every minute. She was super helpful on what to order. The wait to order food is always long, but the food is very good. Service is very slow because of their online orders. Once I was up on line to place my order, the staff prep like 4 online orders before they took my order. Service could be better.

I wanted to take the time and comment on the excellent service I received. After an incredibly difficult day at work, I stopped at Cava for something to eat. The young man behind the counter, Gabriel, was so kind and gracious that he really made my day. He was patient when I asked a million questions about the ingredients and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Many establishments just want to rush you out the door, but Gabriel allowed me to take my time, answered my questions calmly and was just a genuinely nice and helpful human being.
