We dropped the ball and waited until the last minute to file. We had 2 years of filing that we needed. Joyce was so excited efficient and thorough. She made something that tends to be very complicated for us go so smoothly. I am so happy we found her.

2022 was our first filing with Tax Advisory Group. We were extremely pleased with every facet of our experience, and they made it pleasant and easy. The office is very cognizant about cyber security and the sanctity of personal and financial information. Our taxes were done quickly and efficiently. Joyce walked us through our return and was always kind and professional. She was very amenable about answering any questions we had. Their fee was certainly reasonable. Joyce is the best. I have been going to her for my taxes for the past 5 years and I would highly recommend her. I live in Wisconsin and work in Illinois and always done the online tax preparation when I was living in Illinois but the online tax preparation completely messed up my state taxes when I moved to Wisconsin so I went to Joyce on someone's recommendation and she figured out my state tax issue I was having and I have been going to her ever since. I checked into Jackson Hewitt and they were going to charge me separately for my federal and my state taxes and each of them were higher then what Joyce charges me for both.

This was my first time using Tax Advisory Group / Joyce to do my taxes. My parents told me about her. She didn’t disappoint at all. Very friendly and professional. She found errors in previous years taxes and handled those as well as my current taxes! Very prompt and she definitely knows what she is doing. The years I attempted to do my taxes in my own, I’ve never received such a big refund. I’m definitely going to be using their tax services from now on. I’m very pleased with their work and efficiency!
