Ike was very helpful and patient with me as I picked out the fabric for my dining room chairs. He also made sure to bring a leaf from the table to a window so I could see the wood tone in natural light. Very helpful. The Amish are known for quality so that is a given! I love my new dining set and know it will last me for years to come!

We had a great experience at Amish Furniture. The service from Ryan was exceptional. We appreciated him giving us direction but then letting us look around the store at various pieces of furniture including the gliding rocker which we ultimately came in to see. He checked backed with us periodically and let us know the prices and the details of the piece(s) we were looking at. We are very pleased with the glider, it's great for watching TV with our family of dogs. We will return to the store again as we had previously purchased an item through Ryan. We are unable to get out to shop, so we went on line and shopped for a small kitchen set. From selecting the table style, wood species and finish, along with the chair style, Ike guided us through the process. After the order was placed we received updates on production. We recently ordered and received a king size bed frame from Welcome Amish Furniture and we LOVE it.

First, I'd like to give a shout out to Ryan, the sales associate who helped us. He wasn't overbearing or pushy, but added important information and details we weren't aware of that helped us focus on and ultimately purchase a great bed frame that works for us. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Ryan we probably wouldn't have purchased a bed frame....not because we didn't like the furniture but we didn't find what we were looking for in a price range we could afford.

Thanks to Ryan, we found out we could order styles we liked in stains/colors we liked, and we were able to get almost exactly what we wanted in the size, configuration and color we wanted.

The bed frame was delivered earlier than expected. The delivery crew was fast, pleasant and helpful.

After using the bed for a couple of weeks we couldn't be happier. It's really solid, looks great, and I know it will last for our lifetimes.
