Excellent furrier! Went in with my husband to pick out a coat. Mr. Rodney Ugent assisted us. He answered all our questions, was very patient, offered wonderful suggestions, and best of all provided outstanding customer service! Good customer service is so hard to find, so we were very happy with our experience. His entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer all types of fur, leather, cashmere and more within a wide price range. I'm very happy with our purchases! I highly suggest this business. You won't be dissapointed.

Extremely pleased with the service and help we received from Andrea and AJ. They worked with me to source an antique lorendale coat for my fiancé and made sure it was boxed, shipped and delivered in time for our engagement shoot. Highly recommended!

I had a beautiful dark mink coat lengthened (it was shortened by my aunt and she saved the cutoff piece). Ugent did an absolutely beautiful job. I am so happy with their of work and service. I definitely would recommend them

The most amazing selection of furs and leathers. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There's SO much to see at this store. There aren't too many shops like this around anymore, so I encourage supporting this locally owned business.

I asked them to id the fur I had and they did and even give me an evaluation of what it was worth. It wasn't even an item I bought from them.

Next time the wife needs anything fur, they are the first shop I will look.
