Absolutely amazing service! Bed dealership I have ever been. All the guys there were incredibly nice and I went there basically after hours and they were all still really cool about everything. My sales guy Jake Mooney was exceptional, such a genuine guy. He even took his time to help me trailer up my bike. 10/10 would definitely recommend this dealership!

This was my first time buying a motorcycle, and the team at Moto Union made what would have been an intimidating experience extremely easy. Cameron was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start. I was fairly confident in what I wanted and he made sure to help find options within my budget and patiently talked me through the entire process. Absolutely amazing experience start to finish - I will definitely be coming coming back when I am ready to upgrade!

Jake and Stuart were great and easy to work with. I could not recommend Moto Union enough. This is what a motorcycle shopping experience should be. I just purchased a 2022 BMW R18 B motorcycle from Moto Union. Jake exceeded my expectations. I live in Florida, and I was hesitant to purchase a motorcycle without seeing it. Jake made it easy, was personable, prompt, and graciously answered my questions, he even sent me HD walkaround videos of the bike. The paperwork process was seamless, and the bike was shipped as promised. While I have not received the bike yet. I will post an update once I receive it. I highly recommend Jake and this business.

I’ve dealt with many dealers throughout my life and I have to say that Moto Union is outstanding. The establishment is beautiful full of motorcycles and accesories. I have not bought a bike from here yet, but they do take care of my BMW GSA like they sold it to me. The service department is clean and upfront. Derek has been communicating well with me throughout my bikes visit. I’ll keep coming back here.

They offer motorcycle pick up, delivery, service and storage. I had the chance to use all these services and I’ll have my motorcycle delivered at my house for 2022 riding season.

Jake was very informative, respectful, never rushed me, and went above and beyond to help me walk out of the dealership with my Ducati the same day. He stayed past closing and waited for me to make it back from Illinois, and helped me secure the bike to my truck for my long commute back. He even gave me a ton of advice, tips, and pointers in regards to my purchase. I’d give my experience 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
