I got a gel fill today. The customer service was awesome! It was a nice friendly atmosphere that was very inviting. I appreciated the fact that he took his time doing my nails and addressed all of the nail issues without trying to do a quick cover up or cutting corners. My nails were shaped nicely just the way I wanted them to be. I will be going back! I’m very pleased with how my nails look.

If I can give them 100 stars I would in a heart beat !! Tommy and Michael are amazing with their work !! Tommy is such a funny humble tech. So nice and kind ! I won’t ever no no place else ! Thanks again guys and see you in two weeks for a fill 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Yesterday I had a full set done by Tommy and I also had my eyebrows waxed by Nancy. I had such a great experience, Tommy is very customer service forward which I can certainly appreciate, and his whole staff is truly just awesome! The salon was just beautifully remodeled, so it's very clean, bright and overall a really fresh atmosphere. I'm more then pleased with the design and finished look of my nails Tommy (as always) really did a phenomenal job. Come support this small local business! You will not be disappointed 😁

I went to Newburgh to attend a wedding & needed a gel polish change and lip wax. Tommy is amazing. Great customer service shown by how loyal his customers were. Just sitting and waiting for service, you can tell why people return! Next time I’m in Newburgh I’ll make sure to stop by again!

I went for a fill in on botched acrylics I had done somewhere else. The gentleman that did my nails (so sorry I didn't get his name,
older man ), did such a great job fixing what someone else messed up. I am so picky with my nails that I've been salon hopping since my favorite spot closed. Tommy's Nails, you have a new faithful customer:) Thanks again!

I’ve been going to Tommy’s for forever. Since Lake St. Since clientele has picked up on a busy day patiently wait. I’ve never had a complaint or any infection. The place is clean and upkeep is awesome.Although I have tried almost every one this past week Tommy attended me to and did an excellent job!!!!

Tommy always greets his customers with a warm welcome and a smile. Manicure, pedicure, acrylics, waxing whatever you go there for you will be pleased. I know I always am. And when I’m in the area he is my go to guy. All of his staff do great work.

This is by far my favorite salon and I have tried many places in the past! These men and women give the BEST pedicures, manicures, and are the only other people I will let touch my eyebrows! The foot baths are hot, they take their time making sure to get every nail cut perfectly (in-growns too), the products they use feel great, and they are very knowledgeable! Just an all around great place! Not only is the staff pleasant, but I always meet a new chatty, fun, beautiful person during each visit. I love the atmosphere. I love that they take their time with each client, the prices are fair, and I always look forward to going back!
If you’re the type of person looking for something negative, i guess i could say sometimes there is a wait because they don’t take appointments. Although, this isn’t something that bothers me and the pros far outweigh the con! Just goes to show that they will not rush people in and out, so if i have to wait its only fair! (And usually not more than 15-20mins).

I usually do my own nails but these days my time is limited. And when im lazy I go to my guy in New windsor. So, About a week ago maybe a little over?..I tagged along with my sis and enjoyed the the energy. So I went alone a couple of days ago to get a full set and a wax and I am very pleased. Michael didn't push me to do extra on my nails which is cool..I'm a simple and classic look kind of girl and he read me well. I like him and I hope he gets to do my fill.

Edit: got my fill from another technician, she flexed it 💯 I'll be back again!
