This branch is definitely what keeps me banking with Pioneer! It has the "small town" friendliness and offers a cozy atmosphere in an otherwise busy, fast paced town. The staff here are tremendous. Shana is superb with her intricate knowledge of products, extremely friendly service, and always available to discuss any questions or concerns. Met the new manager this past week and he was extremely friendly and engaged with the customers instead of staying holed up in the office. There are so many banking options in our area & online, but this branch solidifies my choice to bank with Pioneer!

Great bank. I've never had a bad experience here. And honestly if I did, they would be super willing to fix it. The nice thing is their customer service is great too!

Every time I’ve had to deal with this branch they’ve always been courteous and efficient. A couple of times they have gone above and beyond with banking matters and have been extremely helpful.

I have tried to use the Postal service here multiple times because they offer these services. However, every single time I have tried to use it, there is no one working who is trained. Everyone who works at this branch is wonderful, but Pioneer Bank shouldn’t offer services they cannot follow through with. It’s very frustrating!

I’ve never had so many problems with your online banking it’s awful

My wife came home crying do to how rudely she was treated by one of the tellers, she was ageist and assuming my wife's age (29) ment she didn't know what she was doing and couldn't be in a hardship situation, the teller lied to her about procedures and refused to do her job until the manage had to approve her depositing money into her account

P.s. according to the teller you need to go to the DMV to change your license every time you dye your hair

Horrible for business owners depositing more than $5000....had to split my deposits 4 ways over 3 different tellers machines because "they were all full". Waited almost 20 minutes to put my money in. Stupid.
