Fun place, an awesome atmosphere. The burgers were really good!!! Huge beer selection. It was really busy when we were there, but the bartender who took care of us was really polite and efficient. He had a full house and still made sure everyone was attended to. I was impressed. The food came out really quickly, too. They obviously have a great system going!!

A hidden gem in Newburgh. We were traveling back home from North Carolina and decided to get lunch before we got on the Thruway. My wife had the Vegan BLT, and I had the special Salmon Rice Bowl. The rice bowl is absolutely fabulous.
The owner was absolutely pleasant to converse with during lunch.

The Wherehouse is a great place to have dinner and drinks with friends! The food is delicious, the beers are great, the atmosphere is cool, and the waiters are super friendly!

This is a great place. Everyone is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the menu is large and they have the best vegetarian selection in town. It’s definitely worth a stop.

The motorcyclepedia museum sponsored the annual Newburgh, NY illumination bike run. One of the sponsorships was the lunch at the WhereHouse. They were serving Mac & Cheese with Chicken wings. While I was munching on them I was told they sell 26 varieties of burgers which also include vegan burgers. I ordered a spinach artichoke medium-well cheese burger cooked according to order, got my self some Mac & Cheese which had a good crust on top, and some barbecue chicken wings which I felt was a country classic. Loved the service which was swift and the waitress Miranda was very friendly. It's nice to see local businesses to have such a good service.

Great vegan/vegetarian options and a casual atmosphere. The decor is creative and interesting. The employees are knowledgeable about what is/isn't vegan and are willing to make modifications to their non-vegan items. I got the BBQ jackfruit burger and it was delicious and a generous portion.

Side note - check out the bathroom, it's probably the coolest bathroom I've been in!

Great food. I asked for a turkey burger sub Mister Chiller, but got a regular beef 🤷🏻‍♀. Excellent meal. Great, but small spinach artichoke dip 😋. The chilli was spicy but sweet. The fried chicken was also a little sweet.

I went to this place with a friend, we are both from upstate NY and were in the area for the weekend. The Wherehouse is amazing! everyone was welcoming, the Buffalo mac and cheese, soul food mac, wherehouse cubano and quesadillas were bussin' bussin' like the young kids would say haha no but in all sincerity this place was great and we will definitely be back. Also Joey was our bartender and he was amazing as well! 10/10 would recommend

First time back in a long time. Again…thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was the Saturday evening prior to Halloween and the place was spookily quiet. Lots of takeout, yet few patrons in-house. Due to that we had lots of personal attention and a very nice extended conversation with the staff and management. Never rushed. Never pushy. Just good basic food, prepared and served by caring people. Thanks!

Great Vegan options. I was visiting Newburgh for my birthday and chose this place for their vegan options and good online ratings. Glad we did! Our waiter recommended his favorites and based on that I chose the jackfruit BBQ sandwich. It was delicious. Smoke flavor was great and it was it tasted just like real pulled pork. Forgot to take a picture of dessert which was a cheesecake in an egg roll that was deep fried. It was soo good. My favorite thing was the menu printed as a newspaper. Pretty cool.

Great signature burgers with delicious draft beer. Very cool hip place to hang with friends and family. Great fun ambiance with live music on certain nights. We'll be back for sure! 😊👍🏼

What an absolute gem! My new favorite place for SO MANY reasons!

Firstly, what a great scene! When you walk in, you immediately feel a cool vibration at Wherehouse. The bartender Chris greets you warmly and sincerely, then hands you these fantastic menus loaded with amazing options - SO hard to choose!

The food: SHAM-WOW! The homemade potato chips were amazing in their own right. But the chili and the dish with andouille sausage (I forget the name), were absolutely beyond!

There was a fantastic live jazz band playing and were so good, the entire place sat in comfortable silence enjoying the music.

And the cherry on top of this amazing experience was meeting and chatting with Michelle. What an awesome human!

I cannot wait to go back here again!!!💕

This was the best burger I ever had & I order them all the time. I had it delivered & food was still hot, very well packaged & cooked perfect. I asked for xtra pickles & they gave them to me. Burger perfect, bacon nice & crispy. It’s a 10/10.

I had a burger, a cup of chili, and a cheesecake burrito or something like that. (I can't remember the name.) The ambience was wonderful. Spoke with one of the owners who was very pleasant. They've been here since 2009. Come out and enjoy all their food, unique beers, and scrumptious desserts.

What an awesome place! The food was really good and the service was great. Very friendly staff and what an unbelievable environment. My wife and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Even the menu was really cool. Written on a newspaper. What a great vibe. Go there and enjoy the experience! I highly recommend this place.

Good food, tons of vegan and vegetarian options, lots of unique burgers and mac and cheese toppings. Great service, good prices and dive bar atmosphere.
