Appointment was kept. Rudy explained what he was doing and helped me set up the internet connection for the smart lock. He was quick, neat , and friendly and the installation price was reasonable. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Called on Friday and they were here monday promptly at 9am to install a new lock and door handle. As a surprise bonus, they noticed the front door sticks and fixed that as well! Could not be happier with the work done and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used car and it only came with one key. Liberty was able to program a remote less key to open and lock my car. The dealership wanted close to $300 to do this and Liberty did it for $80!!! Key works great and I got a duplicate of the original key for $3; $89 for everything with tax. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great experience, friendly staff and great neighborhood-- street parking was easy. Recommend to anyone!

Wonderful for chipped car keys!!! I needed an extra key for my 2013 Toyota Corolla, the dealership told me the key would be $180 plus and hour of labor, but didn't share what that would cost. Liberty immediately quoted the total price, which was considerably lower. I made an appointment, they were waiting for me and 20 min later I had a new programed key and fob. Highly recommend.

The best and most professional locksmith ever. I was stranded in a parking lot and was thinking I was going to need my car to get towed since the ignition was broken. Then I got a hold of liberty locksmith and he came and fixed the problem like it was nothing and made me a brand new key. He made my day and I would 11 out of 10 recommend him to anyone.

Awesome service! Ours was a unique situation. On older, specialized door that needed a new lock. Rudy did the research and found a company that makes after-market replacement locks. He went the extra mile.

Too bad I can only give Liberty Locksmith of Orange County 5 stars because their customer service, expertise and professionalism are over the top. To make a very long story short…I could not enter or exit my front door as the lock was jammed. After waiting several months for parts for a multi lock system from a Therma-Tru door distributor to arrive, the parts came in. A new lock box and edge hardware is what the representative determined was needed after an evaluation was made. Rudy came to do the installation. Unfortunately, the parts sent, didn’t include the one part that was really needed – a new cylinder – which Rudy assessed to be the problem. Rather than go through the distributor again, we ordered the cylinder from a website that Rudy recommended. One week later, Rudy came back, installed the cylinder and I am in and out of my front door once again. Many thanks to Rudy and Arlene for being the great people they are. Blessings to both.
