Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clifton Park, an IHG Hotel

My parents stayed at this Holiday Inn Express from November 1 until Christmas due to medical issues which kept them in this area for an extended stay. The facility is exceptionally clean and very inviting and comfortable . The staff are outstanding! They made my parents feel welcome and cared for during a very difficult time. I was reassured that my parents were always safe and the staff went out of their way many times to take care of my parents needs. I was welcomed every time I visited. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express and thank all of the staff for their support.

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Newington, Connecticut and got spoiled in wanting Holiday Inn as my 1st choice hotels. Well I stayed in Clifton Park, NY this Tuesday until Thursday morning and enjoyed it also. Two lovely, wonderful ladies working the front desk Tuesday when I arrived were very polite, helpful, friendly, and made it easy and pleasant to check-in. The room was nice, big, clean, quiet. Breakfast was great. Great location with food locations nearby and a Stewart's gas station couple driveways away. Easy access to highways to go sightseeing. I'd definitely will return to Holiday Inn again next time I'm in the area visiting/vacation. Thank you

Awesome stay at the Holiday Inn this weekend. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, location was convenient. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was kind of bland, but the biggest reason for the 5 stars is the staff. These people are doing a thankless job, and it makes me sad to see people treating others like "peasants. " Thank you to all the staff for your efforts. You are doing a great job!

This property is beautiful, clean and peaceful inside.

I complimented Donna on the Christmas decorations, and she humbly said: "we did what we could within our budget". Meanwhile, the lobby looked absolutely magnificent! The fireplace is an excellent cozy touch in the Winter as well.

They serve a full, hot breakfast in the morning instead of just the "continental" dry bits, and, the young lady who prepared it was helpful and cordial to anyone who needed anything extra.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace. Staff are friendly. The room is incredibly clean and spacious. The bathroom is also great and the tub is large. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud.

1st room had a bad chemical smell, but they quickly swapped us for another room. Friendly staff!

I booked a room at Quality inn..it was disgusting, dirty and awful. I rushed here and so thankful I got a room. The staff is incredible! It's CLEAN! I felt so comfortable here, I loved having a fridge and microwave plus a Keurig! Even outside, everything looks nice and well taken care of! An amazing experience!

This is only my first night but a great experience thus far! Rooms are really clean! I'm usually really iffy about hotel linen, but I felt really comfortable getting into the bed. Bed very comfortable and pillows too! I'm in the military and a group of us had to leave really early in the morning, breakfast usually doesn't start till 6:30 a.m. but they put it out early and there was a great variety of food and drink!

Nice very clean hotel. Ive been staying here for over 3months for work. Breakfast is free and decent food.

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff! The lobby and dining area are spacious, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast may not be fine dining, but the food is fresh, warm, and there are a variety of good breakfast choices.

I’ve stayed here several times and have been pleased with the accommodations. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well maintained. Sufficient parking surrounds the building. Morning breakfast is included with your stay.

Edited: Be sure you do the safety latch on your closed door. I just had housekeeping knock and walk straight in without waiting for an answer!!! This is ridiculous if you planned to sleep in. 😯😯😯 Double lock for privacy. Knocking will still wake you tho. 😭 Just ruined my experience here. At least i was wearing clothes!!! 🙄

Super clean with very large spacious rooms! Wish they were all like this one!

Did not get to see and use much of the hotel. The front desk staff had the room keys ready and with a few signatures I was in my room and passed out. The rooms are modern and clean. I would like st stay here when I am not rushed.

I stayed here one night being out of town on business, and was a very pleasent experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating, and they don't charge for toothpaste (I only mention this because the past 3 hotels I've stayed in have, and I rarely remember to pack it on short trips). Room was nice and upkept, samsung flat screen, plenty of room, fridge and microwave, and a place to get some work done. If you plan on staying check out Peddlers, restaurant next door. Nice place with a cool atmosphere, and the whiskey wings were phenomenol!

I am a standup comedian and I travel often and stay in m any hotels. When I am performing at the Comedy Works in Saratoga, New York, I stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Clifton Park! This location is only 15 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course and easily accessible to I-87. THis location is newly renovated and exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is beautifully done and the standard rooms have microwaves and mini-fridges, free WiFi, as well as plenty of well placed outlets for your laptop and charging your phone from the USB port. There is a heated indoor pool, and fabulous fitness center. The free breakfast is a great perk with the make your own pancake machine! For night owls like me, Peddler's Restaurant is located across the parking lot and open late until 4am! I enjoyed the VIP room where I could do some business on my laptop and eat free snacks and take advantage of the coffee bar 24 hour service. The vending machines are the modern ones that accept credit cards - that is awesome! Oh and they have cookies in the lobby! My room was wonderful and the bed like a cloud, making it a good night's rest after my performances this weekend. The staff is super friendly and helpful, a perfect example of top notch hospitality. I can't say enough great things about this property and its employees! Excellent value, clean and comfortable, with a friendly staff and exceptional service. A++++ Thank you! :) Looking forward to the next time I am in town!

Stayed here for two nights in order to attend a concert at SPAC. The room was a good size and very clean. The continental breakfast had plenty of options. Overall a good experience, would stay again.

Clean rooms & bathrooms. Great service - we asked for a crib and it was right there for us. They even put us as far as they could from the elevator so our son would sleep better. 5/5

Fantastic staff - professional, efficient, and friendly. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned, everything was an example of what a hotel should be. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Will stay here again.
