Cole's Collision Center of Clifton Park

I dropped off a car for body work at Cole's. Although the car was eventually assessed as totaled, their customer service was efficient and helpful. They readily updated me on the car's status. They were also helpful if I needed to retrieve an item, or documents, from the car.

Great experience when they repaired my car after I hit debris on the highway. You can't even see it was ever damaged, and their communication during the process was great. I hope to never have damage again, but if I do, this is where I'd go.

I stopped in for an estimate and, perhaps, make an appointment. I told Matt about the issue. He came out to take a look and promptly went in, grabbed some tools and a compound can. Ten minutes later, the job was beautifully done! I asked what I owed and was told that the charge was…. nothing!!! A truly amazing experience in today’s business environment and VERY much appreciated!! Matt and Cole’s, you ROCK!! I will be back.

Had my classic Car brought in for some body work and paint these guys did a absolute awesome job on it I would recommend Cole's collision to anyone that needs it. Kept me updated on the progress and friendly staff there. Had my car a week later 5 stars

Great experience as always with Cole's. Friendly staff who keep you informed throughout the process. They work directly with the insurance company so you don't have to. Very easy to work with.

Always the best place to get your car fixed after an accident. Superior techs and assistants work here. Highly recommended. They treat your vehicle as if it's their own.

Brought my truck in for a bumper and headlight replacement the night before it was supposed to go in. Drop box was easy, I got a phone call the next day and I explained not to worry about the door handle as it was unrelated to the accident. Coles called with an update on the vehicle every couple of days. Parts were late, and they apologized multiple times about that which is totally understandable. I picked up my truck, they did a minor paint touch up unrelated to the accident as i asked, no charge, and fixed the door handle for free. The work they did to the bumper and headlight was impeccable, and my truck came back to me fully detailed (I work construction so it was covered in mud inside and out)they also waxed it for me too. I will continue to use their service and recommend them to anyone in need of any body work. This is the first good review I’ve ever written. Stand up job Coles!

Incredible job done. You literally would never know it was in an accident. Wish I could say the same for Keeler Collison. They damaged my vehicle to the tune of 6000 dollars over the cost of the initial damage by over spraying the interior of car with 2600 miles on it. Mismatched paint quarter panel not attached correctly damaged rim and tire. Stay clear. I didn’t trust the work and they wanted a third try. I sold the car and lost money but it was worth it not to deal with them anymore. I’m so bummed I didn’t go to Coles Collision but I thought BMW dealer would know how to fix a BMW being they are BMW certified to repair vehicles.

Cole's collision does a great job! They have great communication and text you each process that the car goes through and let you know exactly when you will be getting your vehicle back. We got our car 2 days before they said we would! Thank you!

As much as I don't want to have to see them, when necessary I will always go to Cole's Collision because the service is great and they do a wonderful job. I have nothing to even complain or critique about.

Cole's scheduled my car quickly for estimate and repairs. During the process, my technician pointed out that the replacement bumper would look different and said he could repair my existing one. The work was flawless and on time. I highly recommend the team at Cole's in Clifton Park. A++++!

Friendly staff to help out with any concerns. Dropped my car off for my driver side mirror to be fixed, picked it up to see it was also washed and vacuumed, in addition to the mirror, unexpected! I am thankful for everyone involved in this what was anxious time!

Never having to go through the process of having a car repaired after an accident, the employees at Coles were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They helped with my rental and gave me daily updates on the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Minor damage to lower front bumper. To repair would be disassembly, paint, recalibrate the radar, etc. Before we went that route, the estimator popped the items back in place, for no charge.. You can hardly notice. I will live with it. Cole's is the best!

The front end of my Murano got crunched by a tree during a thunderstorm and my insurance company recommended Cole's and a few other local places for the repairs. I'm SO GLAD I chose Cole's! The staff arranged for me to pick up my rental car right there at the time of drop off, and I was able to return it there too. Everyone I spoke to, from the front desk to the technician who told me what needed to be done to my vehicle, was friendly and helpful. I expected the job to take about three weeks but it only took two! Every couple of days while my vehicle was being repaired, I got a text with progress updates, which definitely helped ease my mind.

When I picked my vehicle up, it looked brand new! At pickup, I was walked around the whole vehicle and all the work that was done was pointed out. Honestly it looks better than the day I bought it! They even vacuumed the interior and cleaned the floor mats. They guarantee their work, so if I ever have any problems they'll take care of it...it's comforting to know they stand by the job they do. Definitely not a fly-by-night shady business.

Hopefully I never have to get this type of work done again but if I do, I'm going straight to Cole's in CP! My car being smashed by a tree sucked but they made the repair process painless. Thank you!!
