Austin was a delight to work with! He was very helpful, informative and patient. We brought our 7 month old and he took his time speaking to us as well as entertaining our baby! He took us through an extensive comfort fit to find the right mattress, made us feel appreciated and welcomed from the moment we walked through the door until we left. Overall, an excellent experience I couldn't recommend more with quick and easy delivery.

Great recommendation by Vito at the store. Very quick and helpful. Tammy the store manager was also fantastic getting delivery coordinated. Jalen and his partner delivered and installed the bed and frame quickly. Very happy with the recommendation and service!

It was a really fun experience working with Sebastian in your Clifton Park store. We shopped two other stores and had it narrowed down to two mattresses...one in another store and the one in your store we just purchased. Sebastian worked hard on this sale and was so knowledgeable and patient and fun to talk with that we knew we had to go with him. Good price, quality and we ended up purchasing more than we thought we would. A truly great salesperson leaves the customer with a smile and the feeling of both parties getting the job done! And this from a couple known as frugal...is very high praise!

Truly a wonderful experience. I stopped at the Clifton Park location in search of a mattress. I have not been sleeping well for a bit now, and my body has become more sore each day. Fantastic experience with Metro Mattress while purchasing our daughter’s first “big girl” bed! Our sales associate, Krys, was phenomenal to work with. Very knowledgeable, upfront, professional, and kind. He made the process easy, quick, and special. He knew all about the right beds to look at for a toddler and also made the experience fun for my daughter by giving her a balloon and getting down to her leave to ask her questions about what she wanted in a bed. 10/10 Would highly recommend going here to purchase a mattress.

Krys and Eric were both wonderful sales people. Krys gave us a very detailed and patient showing of the different mattresses and their foundations. Both he and Eric worked together to move a mattress I was considering to a different base so we could experience the mattress as it would actually feel when moving on that base. There was no high pressure sales pitches going on and after we left and took a lunch break we returned to the store and purchased their top of the line mattress. A very good experience in buying a costly item.

This was my first time buying a bed from a store, and because of Krys, I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Not only was he receptive of my feedback, but also of what I was looking for. He showed my multiple beds in the type I was looking for, and answered any questions I may have had.
