Next Generation Roofing

Chad and the crew did an excellent job of replacing the roof that had been on the house for 31 years. The did the complete job, new shingles, ridge vents, new skylight, exhaust vent, and replaced any plywood that was damaged. Clean up was very thorough and no debris was left behind. Was impressed on how well the entire job went. They showed up on time and completed the entire job in one day. Very professional job.

I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Highly recommend Next Generation Roofing. They did a great job replacing all our plywood and shingles on our roof with all brand new. They were very professional and courteous and tarped our entire house with a giant net to catch all the old shingles and debris. after the job was done they did a great job cleaning up and left no mess. I cannot express how grateful I am to have a new roof on my home I just purchased recently. We received two other quotes from other companies which were very vague in the total price with all the materials included. Our roof was 10 years old but we were noticing dips and soft spots . We had another roofing company out and then decided to call next generation and Wayne came out to give a quote on replacing the roof. During his thorough inspection he noticed we had no bathroom vent and the ridge was completely closed off so our roof wasn’t breathing which caused mold in our attic . If it weren’t for Wayne going above and beyond we may have never known about the mold or the house not being vented properly. The day of Chris and his crew were on time and did a fantastic job we couldn’t be any happier with the way our new roof looks . Chris and his crew had to replace some plywood , install a bathroom vent , replace the pipe flange , split boot and they also temporarily fixed my chimney where I had a hole . From start to finish was a great experience from answering my questions to keeping me updated with pictures and when a problem would arise I would be asked on how I would like to proceed there was no pressure to replace this or that it was what I wanted to do . Definitely glad we chose next generation and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a new roof. Thanks for a great experience and exceptional work

Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job of putting a new roof on our church. They we’re there on time, managed to replace 44 square of shingles, and be done by 4pm. This was my second roof that was installed by Next Generation Roofing. I had a great experience with Wayne, Chad and George. The company was responsive every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the entire process, from quote to installation. They arrived promptly on the day of the project and when they left they cleaned up the space better than before they arrived. Everything is tracked through a customer page so all your information is accessible and progress pictures are available as the day goes on. I highly recommend Next Generation for any roofing, siding or paving needs.

From the initial visit to take a look at the roof and inform us of what was needed, to the replacement of our roof, Next Generation Roofing was extremely professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Ryan Bedford and the entire Next Generation team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ryan came to give us an estimate, he was professional and informative about everything we were going to need and the process. His price was was very reasonable so we hired them immediately. The Next Generation Roofing team was there in about a week, it took them a little less than a day to complete, they were extremely professional and cleaned up everything! Also, it turned out to be a few hundred dollars cheaper than what were originally quoted, which was nice since we had leaky sky lights and we were worried there would be more damage once removed. It's was so reassuring to know how honest they are and to know they only charge what they need to! We would recommend Ryan and Next Generation Roofing to all of our family and friends, in fact our good friend/neighbor booked them a couple of weeks later.

Just another days work for these folks, they made it look easy. Not a single issue with any step of the process from quoting a fair price to the finished roof and final cleanup. Everything I asked for or had a concern with was provided. Tough to see our 160 year old slate roof need replacement but the work this crew did with new plywood sheathing and asphalt shingles made it an improvement we will enjoy for years. Equipment, supplies, crew, and the process was all professional and courteous so that it felt like I really got a value for my money. Heavy rain today (the day after the job) and most of the week and 1st time in years I am not thinking of that leaky roof.

Working with Ryan Bedford and his team was amazing. They were very helpful, completely explained the whole process. Everything he stated was 100% accurate. During the time of the roofing we were provided with updated photos and status of where the team was at on the project via text. Everyone was pleasant and hard workers! I highly recommend them. We received a couple of quotes and overall we chose them because of how Ryan explained everything, and didn’t make us feel like our questions were stupid. Especially since I’m not a roofer! These guys did a great job, easy to deal with salespeople and the office, the install was ridiculously fast less than 5 hours for over 23 square roofs. The crew was fast, clean and professional. they gave sky view pictures of the roof in all phases, and that was awesome.

After getting quotes from multiple area roofers who all came in around the same price, my neighbor suggested I call Next Generation Roofing for an estimate and was thrilled to get a quote $3K less than all of the others, using the same supplies and carrying the same warranty. The whole crew was professional and helpful, especially after the fact when the contracted gutter company failed to provide the promised service. Next Generation was quick to act and get that situation straightened out. Very thankful to Ryan Bedford and the whole team for a seamless process from start to finish!

Started with a great person Ryan for inspection and estimate. He's very thorough and careful on checking the roof. Came up with a good plan and then landed in a day for the work. On the work day, the team arrived on time and prep everything. Chad oversees the process and was able to give us updates at each step. The whole process is so easy with this company. Very happy with the great work they’ve done!

The employees were all very professional. Ryan explained the benefits of their processes and materials and walked us through all the details of the job. During the entire process, he was always available and very responsive to our questions. The crew showed up on time and the encircled the entire house with netting and tarp before starting. The supervisor, Chris, reviewed all the work to be done and kept us informed of progress. The quality of the work was excellent and clean-up was done meticulously.

I could not be present when my new roof was being installed.They sent me pictures of the entire process as each phase of the replacement was being done.
