Dom's Classico Barber Shop

All the employees are down to earth and do a wonderful job, the only place I will go to get my hair cut in the Saratoga/Capital region. They always do great work and don't charge an arm and a leg.

Been going here for a few years at this point and they still do a great job every person here is super talented.

Love this place my son and I come in every 2-3 weeks to see Penny , she's the best and always so amazingly kind to us <3 only place we will go for a haircut!

The lady's listened to what I was looking for and delivered it. Also gave me some help on styling my hair and tips for home use and what products to use and stay away from.
I went in and felt comfortable in the chair, and now my hair and beard look amazing.

I've been getting my haircut here for about three years now. Everyone here is great! I usually do a walk-in and they can get to me in about 15-30 minutes depending on appointments. I've had my hair cut be each barber in the facility, and they all do a fantastic job for a great price.

Dom's has been here for years and I have been going there more than a decade. I've always had great service. Patty cut my hair today. She is very friendly and talented at her profession. You won't go wrong going to Dom's for your next haircut.

I've been going here for about 5 years now. Nick is my barber and he's great. Nick and the other barbers are very skilled in their craft and do outstanding haircuts. The shop is kept very clean and tidy. Dom's Classico is doing right!

Hands down the best barber shop. The most professional and clean haircut i have ever gotten. Antony was my barber and i was super impressed with the haircut i got but it looked like all the guys there have serious skills. I recommend checking it out.

First time was a charm. Took a chance with Antony before a big interview when my regular barber was booked out. I'm pretty particular when it comes to my haircut. This guy knows how to skin fade like a champ. It was a walk in appointment too! Highly recommend.

I have three boys and they like to wait a long time between haircuts at times. All of the boys really like Jordan. He seems to really know what he is doing and gives a great cut every time. Each of my boys hair is very different in texture from the other and each wears a very different style, Jordan works well with all the boys be it from a photo or just from an explanation.

My son's favorite place. He likes the wash after the cut to get out excess hair cuttings that typically brother's his skin afterwards. Always friendly staff. Good talent for sure.

I worked as a non-barber in a barbershop setting, with Wade for a short time and with many others over the course of a year, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that Wade is the most talented barber you will ever find. When my brother lived in NY I wouldn't let him go to anyone else, even after Wade left the shop where I was working. I haven't lived in the area for a while but I still send people I know to him because he's a sure thing. It is unbelievable what this kid can do with a pair of scissors. I've seen a lot of guys walk away with new haircuts, and the best ones are consistently from Wade. He's a great guy and an amazing barber, so book an appointment with him. You won't regret it.

Kimberly is great!! Professional and polite!!! I would recommend her to anyone. If you can't get Kimberly then Go with Ashley as they have very similar cutting styles.

Recently moved up Clifton Park. With my usual barber being in Rotterdam, I didn't have time to get down there and back before work. Doms opens at 8, which is perfect, I called ahead of time, but they accept walk-ins, which is perfect, and it's close, which is perfect lol. Trusted in Anthony and he didn't disappoint. I don't really do anything fancy, but I like a clean look, and that's exactly what I got. I will, for sure, be coming back.

Was a awesome Barber shop til Jackie quit. Apparently, they have a owner that isn't hands on, and they loose their best barbers. With loosing the best barbers, the clients such as myself follow Jackie to her new shop. In this case, within​walking distance, Billies.

My name is Dominic, I am the owner of Dom's Classico. Barbershop. I've had a chance to review the surveillance footage from this incident and would like to address this situation personally. The cameras also have audio so I was able to hear exactly what had transpired last week.

We work in the customer service industry, it is our job to make sure that every client leaves happy and satisfied with their service. With that being said, I would like to personally address all of your issues.

You sat down in the barbers chair and proceeded to show her numerous pictures on your iPad. She consulted with you 5 minutes before even starting your haircut. I heard her say on the video that those pictures are of someone with completely different hair then you have. She said she can try to give you a style that resembles those photos but unfortunately your hair is dramatically different growth wise and texture wise then what you had showed her. She even said, "I can cut it short on top like you asked but because your hair is getting lighter and curly, by going short on top it will not be able to be slicked back". Your exact response was "Actually, it will go back." If you are in fact a barber and know how to cut your hair then maybe you would have been better suited staying home and cutting it yourself. It is our professional responsibility to inform clients that even though they ask for a certain thing that there's a chance that it might not turn out like that because everyone's hair is different. Just because you find a picture of a haircut you like doesn't mean your hair will do exactly that. Plain and simple. She explained that to you numerous times, but you didn't want to hear it or maybe didn't understand her.

When she asked you how the length was, that is when you jumped out of that chair and proceeded to yell in a shop full of customers, "IS THIS A HAIRCUT?!?" She stood there and listened to all of your concerns even explaining to you that your hair will not look exactly like the picture because your hair is a completely different length and texture. She then told you that you are more then welcome to take a seat in the waiting area and to let one of the guys try and give you what you want. She then also told you that your cut was free if you weren't happy. You began verbally assaulting her and that is why she went into the back. To get away from you. After throwing a tantrum in a shop full of paying customers, you swing the front door open almost breaking the glass, ripped your jacket off the coat rack and yelled all the way out of the shop. Then you began verbally assaulting a client in the parking lot as well.

My apologies that you felt like a victim, but the tapes show otherwise. Me and all of my employees work very hard to please everyone, unfortunately that's not possible all of the time. What you won't do is sit here on Google and defame my employees and my livelihood.

Abdelmaoula, you are banned from Dom's Classico. For life. If you step foot in the shop I have instructed them to call the authorities. Your behavior was disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself for your actions.

Got a haircut from liz, she was very through and helpful. The cut came out great and the shave on the back of my neck was the closest shave I have ever gotten. Will come back again.
