Here's the 'Scoop'

This place is a spoonful above the rest. Its truly a different carvel experience. I'm unsure if Shane is the manager or owner. But he's a polite, courteous face here. Who always has a smile and great attitude. You almost forget you're at a Carvel and instead at a small town ice cream shop . I don't get the corporate feel here. Kudos to all of you here. And thanks for the free scoop on NYE. :)

The owners are usually the ones (or part of the team) working, and they're always very nice to the customers. We love getting their ice cream cakes for birthdays, etc. (Fudgie the Wale!). Their Sundae Dashers are amazing- try the mint Oreo cookie one!

My son had soft serve chocolate cone and sprinkles. He was happy. I thought the plastic drip guard for the cone was pretty cool.
Table was a little dirty but at my request staff cleaned up table right away. The person that helped us was very nice and smiled. It was a good experience and I will go there again.

I ordered a sunade off of doordash, but it only came listed with vanilla soft serve and I prefer chocolate. I called them asking if I could switch it and the lady who answered the phone was SO nice and happily did it. Wonderful customer service!

Ice cream is always delicious!! They have a large variety of flavors for both hard ice cream, soft serve, and ice cream cakes!! The store is always clean and the staff are really friendly!!!
