My boss and I went in today for a printer for my home office. Mike greeted us and was super friendly and helpful throughout the visit. He made the experience very easy and pleasant. We also had great interactions with Mike’s co-worker, who also assisted us with her bubbly and fun demeanor. We were so happy to have had such a great experience! I hope that Office Max truly appreciates and rewards such exceptional employers. We will return to this store for our future business needs.

Lisa was person who helped us and demonstrated a "do what it takes to take care of a 'problem' " person. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, & customer focused .... who values each customer as an individual regardless of their "current" purchase, and works on building a long-term trusting relationship that will bring you back. She and this facility cares, and sets a positive tone of professionalism that demonstrates a strong customer focused approach. The Lancaster Office Depot has a great selection and very good prices,

Today my Customer Service Representative in the Print Department was a young lady named Emma. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable and a great employee for the Print Department in the Lancaster, OH store. Her supervisor was close by as well and I am sorry I did not get her name. We all had a wonderful conversation about printing. Another employee joined in before I left and again I did not get her name, but I recognized her, she said she has been there 24 years. Wonderful group of employees and this is always my "go to" store for printing and other needs. Thank You for hiring such professional and caring people.

The employee was very helpful. The ink cartridge I needed wasn't in stock so she suggested that she could order it on line for me and I would get it the next day. And I did!

I walked in and asked for 75 invitations to be printed and cut. Initially they said they could do it by tomorrow but then they said they’d be able to do it same day!
I was in and out in 20 mins! Highly recommend this location!

I visited close to closing time and Kim was wonderful and helped me find the item I was there to get. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Checking out with my printer ink. the salesman checked the price on the app and found the ink cheaper on line than in the store. He proceeded to give me the on line price...saving me a few dollars. GREAT customer service.

They had what I wanted in stock and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Let me start off by saying I avoided shopping in an OfficeMax/Depot. Only when there was no other option. The reason is there was only 1 location within 15 miles and 2 additional within 20 miles. All three never had stock on shelves, if you made a huge ruckus they’d “find it” in the back. They just never put things out. Besides that, staff seemed to NOT want to be there. So neither did I

The Lancaster OfficeMax store is always well stocked, clean, and orderly (They even have the Epson ET 15000 in stock!) But the best part of that particular location is their employees.

I’ve had two interactions with Mike, both times I felt like the most important person, like a family member, and the Items I needed to find were the most important thing he had to do. THIS is why I went back to that location when there was something I needed help with finding again.

This time not only did he repeat the kind, caring, helpfulness, but I also had interactions with Kim and Emma that were just as outstanding..

If you want to go to an OfficeMax store that has your items in stock, is well set up so they’re easy to find, is always clean, and most of all has the nicest, most helpful, and knowledgeable staff, then go to the Lancaster store, it’s worth any extra drive time.

When I need something they stock, I will go out of my way to get it there

The service I received at my local Office Max was extremely positive. Mike went over and above what you would expect, both in finding the merchandise I was looking for but also the help in finding information I needed to check out.

Very nice staff but need to fix the outside building area

I have never been in the Lancaster, Ohio store that I haven't been satisfied with the whole experience. The manager, Mike, is a great man that truly cares for the customers and wants to make sure you're satisfied before you leave.

Cara was very helpful to me in finding the bookshelf I needed and arranging for it to be delivered to my house. Mike and Lisa assisted to make sure that I was able to purchase it quickly. Very easy trip for a big purchase!

I go here often to print things off and get supplies if I need them. Helps me get the job done!

Sam assisted me in the print department she was polite, friendly and very professional. I have always received excellent service from Sam. She is a great asset to Office Max.
