We were looking for volleyball shoes for our daughter and hitting a wall everywhere we went (she wanted to try a specific kind). We walked into Dick’s in Lancaster and Chase was quick to ask if we needed assistance. Not only did he point us in the direction we needed, he checked online and gave us several options to look into. His help was greatly appreciated and we finally found the shoes!

I want to say this in all sincerity devoid of shallowness I would like to give an employee of your store a tremendous compliment. I was told her name is Kendra? She was incredibly helpful and respectful in such a way I felt a need to inform someone in hopes that she's not only aware but her managers are too. By far a model employee and an absolutely delightful person, thank you I enjoyed my recent experience.

Went seeking Timberland Mt. Madden boots. Solid help from an employee (failed to get his name...) to see if they had 10.5W in stock. Settled on 11W which seemed spot on. Bought 'em and headed out the door. Pretty straight forward experience.
However I do think I was shorted extra laces that come attached to the boots. Someone else must have needed them more. Something to watch out for in the future.

The store was very well organized and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Everyone wore masks and it was an enjoyable experience. I didn't buy anything, but I now know what they have in the store.

Great products super pricing, and great deals

Prices can be a little higher. But staff is so nice and helpful. Store is always clean. And they always have what I'm looking for.

Bought two kayaks and gear just before closing. The young gentleman who helped us out were so informative. Helped us get everything loaded in our truck.

This sporting good store has everything the active sports fanatic could want or need. It was large and full stocked. The employees we talked to were friendly and helpful.

Buying shoes for my kids for school. Brad helped us and was amazing with my kids. Patient and in no way felt like he was rushing us off, which happens a lot in stores.

I returned 2 golf blouses......wish you carried 1x and 2x ladies blouses. My husband and I both found golf shoes! The cashier was very pleasant!

Clean store, employees were masks. They have a good supply and assortment of golf balls.

They have a good selection of soccer stuff but I would love to see hockey at this location

Great selection of Sporting Goods. Great service. Not alot of people are shopping at Christmas this year. Kind of sad.

The flood was so deep and the rushing water made it even better to use the canoe inside.
